+ -1 moreI received an estimate for this project from O'Neill plumbing before we closed on the house. When I brought them out a couple months later to do the work, they were reasonably easy to schedule and worked until the job was done. I think the job ended up taking longer than they thought it would, but they stuck to their original bid. We expect to be bringing them back in for other jobs as we settle in to our old house.
Description of Work: Reset a toilet, replaced main shut off valves, serviced boiler and replaced leaking pipes coming off of boiler.

+ -1 moreHe called to confirm the morning of. Then never showed, and never called back. I called and left a message an hour after the window of time he indicated he would be coming. I assumed something happened at an earlier job. Still never got a reply back. I then decided to look up if there was other information online regarding the business under his name. Only found 1 other review online, and it indicated he started a job and never came back to finish it or called back. Should I get a call back, will update this review. I thought it was important even if I cannot report on the actual job, to share this experience.
Description of Work: I called what I thought was gelman and sons. Apparently O"Neill bought the business 12 years ago. My husband and I arranged for him to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing properly, as well as a sink drain that was slow and an issue with the bath handle.
