small appliance repair
+ -1 moreDryer still did not work. I called back to J&S as well as to South Orange Appliance Repair over the course of a week and retold my story. Each time, South Orange Appliance Repair said they would be in touch with J&S and get someone back out, but they never did and I finally gave up. I believe that either this was a scam or the worst service ever.
Description of Work: They took my information over the phone and sent someone out from another company, J&S A/C and Appliance. Two technicians came to my house and told me they had fixed my dryer by replacing the thermostat and cleaning it out. They told me they tested the dryer and I foolishly did not try it myself before they left.
