Since 1948 GRC Mechanical Services has been designing, installing and servicing quality air conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems for residential, commercial and industrial clients in Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Morris and Hudson counties in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York. Whether replacing or repairing your existing heating or A/C equipment or installing a complete new system, GRC Mechanical Services will design and install a custom solution to meet your needs with a focus on comfort and efficiency. We are glad to hear that you were you were able to replace this part on your own. However you must realize that the $200 dollars includes much more than a $9.00 part. We dispatched a trained technician in a fully stocked truck covered by the proper insurance to your home. That repair would have been also backed up with a one year warranty.

Description of Work: I ordered a diagnostic test on my HVAC system through big deal the deal was good but turns out I have to replace the whole system so no point in diagnosing if ultimately it have to be replaced I would also like to mention after I left a voicemail to GRC granted at night 9 o'clock the whole next day I never got response to schedule an appointment.but it doesn't matter since I am NOT using the service anyways.

Description of Work: Installed replacement central A/C system. Work was implemented as agreed with on-time workmanship and completed within the agreed time period. Freddie was thorough and available to answer any queries when needed. During the hot weather and due to health issues, Freddie assisted in providing temporary A/C prior to installation. This was truly appreciated. Competitive pricing was also a determining factor in regards to this installation.

Description of Work: They came to my house to fix an air conditioner issue. Another company highly rated/reviewed in Angie's list previously told me to replace a part that would cost me more than $1,000. I got a second sanity check from GRC. They pinpointed an issue (which is quite different than the issue mentioned by the other company) and fixed it on the spot for $85. Since then, I have had no A/C issue. I highly recommend GRC.
