We took advantage of a Deal and purchased a dryer cleaning, indicating we would contact the company to arrange for the service. The same day I called, my message was returned and the work was done that day. Andy, the service man, was very polite, answered our questions, and completed the job within about 30 minutes. I would say he was professional. Obviously, he was dressed in work clothes but wiped his feet carefully every time he came into the house and cleaned up well when he was finished. We thought the cleaning would include the vent area inside our dryer but it did not. We were surprised at how it was done; Andy worked from the outside using a brush with several extensions. The dryer was running the entire time and it was the air from the dryer that blew out the loosened lint. Ours was a simple job as we are in a ranch house and the dryer is in the basement with a short (8 ft.-10 ft.), direct vent to the outside.

Technician was very professional and performed the task quickly. He showed us the dirt and lint that was stuck in the vent which made this maintenance worthwhile.

It was fine. They were very helpful and told us the cleaning was not required as the vent was pretty clean. He was very friendly. They got the job done in about 30-45 minutes. The scheduling was good and I scheduled the appointment through the website.

Difficulty setting up appointment. When tech got here, said he would only vacuum the fireplace. It is a gas fireplace, doesn't need to be vacuumed. He called his office and they said that Angie's List got it all wrong.

I was very happy! He arrived early and was dressed professionally - he walked me through what he would be doing and did exactly that. He noticed that my outdoor vent was not in great shape, and suggested replacing - I asked him how much that would be and his price was very reasonable - I was very happy with the job he did and his professionalism, and would definitely recommend this company.

It was very good. The gentleman came on time and did an excellent job. I don’t think we did any additional work. He explained everything well and we were very happy.

I paid for an Angies list deal whereby said company was to tune up my gas fireplace logs as stated in their ad. I spoke with the company dispatcher to schedule a time and even outlined my job needs to the scheduler. Some days later another person from the company called and said that the job was beyond the scope of their abilities. The company said that the angies description of their offer was incorrect and that they were basically a chimney sweep company. They said that they would refund my $99 and I'm still waiting for my $. What a waste of time...

There were not troubles with scheduling. We were aware that the outside vent was broken. We have him verify that he would replace it, and he did so. He was punctual and did a nice job. He was very friendly and courteous. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very easy appt setup, called and they came out same day, on time, very professional. Guy on site was Andy. In addition to the cleaning, he showed me that the vent outlet was broken, and Andy offered to replace it with a new one he had in the truck. He tried drilling holes into the foundation since the new one didn't line up to the existing holes, but the foundation was solid, so he came up with another option using metal tape. Very hard worker, good experience.

Andy showed up right on time and got straight to work. I had some special requests regarding certain areas of the house, and he was responsive and professional. After thoroughly going over the entire house, he pointed out potential issues with our central air duct system. The air in our new house feels noticeably cleaner and more pleasant. well not all duct cleaning is alike, i wanted the registers taken down and the insides of the ductwork cleaned thoroughly due to construction dust but that was not the case. Hooked up a vacuum unit to the duct closest to the furnace and blew air into the remaining registers with an air line. Didn't fulfill my expectations, I still have a dust problem. Cheap is as cheap does. Really nice guy though.

The company and tech were professional, prompt and courteous. I did not know where he could find the vent to the outside, but the tech was a pro and found it himself. All in all I would use their services again.

The work was good, but I think that they could have done a better job cleaning up.

I would have liked for them to clean the filter, etc of the hvac but maybe it wasn't part of the deal and I misunderstood.

Did the job well. Done very quickly and professionally.

Did not show up on time and rushed through the exercise which normally takes an hour and a half for that time.
