Description of Work: Was late! Job was alright, dried very slowly ( 3 days). Cleaner was nice! Could have been a better job, no furniture was moved and the manager told me that the service included light furniture moving but none took place! I was somewhat disappointed! I showed him a few spots and nothing was done to rid them.

Description of Work: While I signed up for a $59,00 inspection, it appears that my electrical system was faulty along with my electric meter. Other than the price and the apparent issues I seem to have had. The technicians were excellent and the owner very responsive to my concerns.

Description of Work: In April we purchased the "Big Deal" for $199.99 for Whole House Air Duct Cleaning with UNLIMITED Vents AND Returns! My husband called & emailed twice; I called & emailed a third time. No response at all - it is now the end of June. There is no excuse for non-communication in a business environment. If they did not have time or did not service our area they should have at least responded with a message. Three calls/emails with no response. You're out.

Description of Work: I'm not sure of the date. The man was pleasant enough, but I'm not confident that he did a good job. We have an unsual dryer vent, it is long, and he spent only a few minutes cleaning. He was more interested in playing with one of my cats.

Description of Work: Whole house duct cleaning. I was dissapointed that the service special was advertised as "whole house", but when the cleaning crew arrived, I was informed that "whole house" really meant one zone or one system. Since my house has two furnaces and two seperate systems, I was informed that it would be $199 for each system. Since the technicians were already at my house, I went ahead and did it. Additionally, cleaning the dryer duct was an additional $50, which was also an unexpected "extra"
