Description of Work: I purchased a $99.99 Big Deal for CHIMNEY SWEEP or DRYER VENT Cleaning! I think it was good.

Description of Work: Dry Duct Cleaning. Andy arrived within the time window, as per the appointment. He was extremely professional and answered any questions I had about the working being done. He took the right amount of time to get the vent cleaned and properly service. Overall, I am very satisfied and would use their services again.

Description of Work: I signed up to have my dryer vent cleaned. I was happy with my experience overall. There was a small problem in that they didn't fix the vent back on properly, so that it came loose the very first time I ran the dryer afterwards. However, they were very responsive in returning to fix it. I haven't had any problems since.

Description of Work: Cleaned out dryer vent with brushes. Took 5 minutes. He left lint on the floor and his shoes tracked lint from the basement to the front door.

Description of Work: removed approx. 8 cubic yards of "stuff." The "big deal" was $99 for 3 cubic yards, which is about the size of a recliner. It went well, but would be cheaper to give the stuff away!

Description of Work: "Cleaned and sanitized ducts in a 2ton HVAC attic unit... 10 vents, 2 returns, 1 main supply | |Purchased based on a coupon advert indicating $38 for unlimited vents... In truth, I knew there was no way they could do it for $38, and expected the dreaded contractor on-site pricing game, and it pretty much played out as expected. | |They were very responsive, booked me for just a few days after the call (I think they could have come sooner, but I wasn't ready!)... And they showed up toward the earlier side of the promised time window. | |When I booked, they did tell me that it would be an additional $15-$35 for each additional return beyond the first; and of course the on site determination resulted in it coming in the max end of that quote... However, I was not told that there would be a $20 fee to cut each access panel in the ducts for equipment insertion... I think I had to pay for 3. Then I added sanitization of the ducts for an additional $50... Both charges, in my opinion fall in to the price gauging range... $60 for 5 min of access panel cutting and $50 for spraying a solution?! | |I requested video shots of the before and after and based on previous reviews, asked that they start with an empty collection bag so that I could see what they actually removed. | |In all, the on site support was professional, courteous, and seemingly knowledgable of his task. He was on site for between 90&120 minutes and it looks like he did what we needed. | |Other than the stupid price game (unrealistic advertised price with sequenced price increases negotiated on site), it went well... | |Honestly, I think this is a commodity item... They did nothing special to make me a repeat customer, but they didn't do anything other than price games to turn me off either... I'd use them again, but would also shop around."

Description of Work: Came over and suggested quite a few work to be done. I asked him to email me an estimate of the work to be done with a description of the work. Never got the email.

Description of Work: Everything went well. Great cooperation. As stated, my reason for cancelling is personal.

Description of Work: SP came out but didn't do work. Didn't like how he was going to seal up the duct.

Description of Work: The cleaner was on time and polite but because we have a crawlspace it was impossible to get his equipment down to the furnace. It would have been nice to have known this before we made time in our day and paid for the service.
