Description of Work: We ordered the Duct Cleaning Big Deal for $184. The company was quick to respond and set up an appointment. We were reminded of the service with a call the day before. I was put off by the fact that they gave zero instructions for preparation for their visit. We have vents behind furniture and they did not tell us to move anything. However, my husband was home and he said the guy visited every vent on both floors. We were offered Disinfection for and additional $75 and we did it. It's only been one day so I'm not sure if I notice a change in air quality/allergies yet. I don't know if we will ever notice but we are satisfied with the work done. If we feel we need it done again we will call ProClean again.

Description of Work: We just bought a bank foreclosed townhouse. The previous owner has not been taken care of the chimney cleaning so there was a lot of build up. Called Proclean and made appointment for chimney adn dryer vent cleaning. Alex showed up on time, polite and courteous. Did a great through job. Very impressed! Will definitely hire again.

Description of Work: I had asked for a GAS fireplace inspection and repair and they sent a kid who came to clean a wood burning fireplace. It was a complete waste of my time. I did not give an F since they realized their mistake and did not charge me.

Description of Work: We recently bought a house and wanted to clean and inspect the chimney for the town inspection. My time slot was 10am to 11am and Andy showed up at 10:30am. He was professional and courteous. He told us that our chimney wasn't that dirty and he was in and out within 30 minutes. He asked if we wanted all the soot and ashes vacuumed that came down from his cleaning and also piled up from probably the last season with the previous home owner. I asked if it was included and he said it wasn't so I said that we would skip it. However, he brought in the shop vac and cleaned the surrounding area. I wish they would include vacuuming the soot and ashes inside too if they are going to bring in the vacuum anyway. They should adjust their price to include that so it will be a start to finish job. Even though the chimney was cleaned, the job seemed unfinished cause there was a pile of dirt inside. Again, this is no reflection on the work that was done and only an observation and opinion.

Description of Work: They came on time. They educated us on why we should not have duct tape around the connecting exhaust pipes. Replaced it with a metallic tape which is much safer and will not dry out and will not catch on fire from the heat of the dryer. Very professional, cleaned up everything and best of all my dryer dries my clothes faster. Will use them again next year. The cost was $69.00 plus $26.75 to remove duct tape & replace it with metal tape - Total cost: $95.75
