Description of Work: They allowed me to use coupons for whole house duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and that's how I got such a good price. It coincided with my condo association's requirements to have the dryer vents cleaned. My only real suggestion for change is that they call the day or 2 before the appointment to confirm. I called them to confirm. |We had finished our basement so there was some construction dust in our ducts. Some of that dust had fallen out onto the trim moulding when the vent covers were taken off, which was left behind and not vacuumed. I wss hopeful that would have been vacuumed up as well. But it's not a major issue, just a slight inconvenience, as we had to vacuum the floors anyway afterwards. Other than that minor inconvenience, it was a great experience. George, the technician was great. Very knowledgeable and very efficient. Very prompt, courteous, likable. |They even allowed me to make an appointment for my neighbor for dryer vent cleaning only with the same coupon discount for the same trip. And my neighbors loved how efficient George was also. I would highly recommend them again and am keeping their contact info so I can contact them for my next service.

Description of Work: The technician arrived at the designated time and date then proceeded to clean the fireplace chimney and firebox in a very clean and efficient manner. He was thorough and polite in going about his work and I would use his service again.

Description of Work: Jeremy was so professional and knowledgeable. He arrived with the expectation of cleaning the dryer duct as part of an Angie's List Special. After inspecting the duct and realizing its condition, he said it needed to be replaced. We were holding our breath because we were expected a high cost. We were surprised that the cost was not going to be exorbitant; it was reasonable. We have had no further dryer issues!
