I bought this cleaning as part of an AngiesList Big Deal. In general, it went very well. The person on the phone to schedule the appointment was a bit abrupt and impatient, but not a big deal. The scheduling went smoothly otherwise. The cleaner who came to the house was professional and efficient; he did a good--but maybe not outstanding--job. This is the first time I've owned a home with lots of carpet, so I'm not an experienced judge except what I remember from my mother's house; it seems to me like the cleaning could have been a bit deeper and with more attention to spots. I'm not sure whether I'll use the company again because I'm looking at some of the greener options for cleaning; still, as I said, they did a good job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My experience with him was fine. He was on time and professional, and the price was about right for the service. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

They were good but not outstanding. They had good communication. They did my air duct and dryer vent. They also did my carpets in 5 rooms and the stairs.

I was pleased with the services provided by ProClean. The duct work in the entire house was cleaned. After having construction going on in the home and not knowing what condition the duct work was in when we purchased the home 4 months ago, it was very necessary to have this service done. The young man was courteous and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and left my home in good condition. I would recommend this company.

Our original appointment had to be cancelled due to the arrival of the hurricane, but the second time the technician arrived on time and cleaned all the ductwork in about an hour and a half. The job appeared to be thorough since a great deal of dust was removed. He replaced all vent covers and cleaned up afterwards. A neat job over all. I would use this company again.

I called ProClean and they said they could clean our dryer vent the same day that I phoned them. The technician arrived, and he was pleasant and did a thorough job. When the work was completed, he showed me all the lint that was cleared outside by our dryer vent. He did not clean up the lint that was on the ground by the vent, but I don't know if they normally do this or not. Overall, I was pleased with the work that was done.

They were right on time and were quick, efficient and polite. I will use them again in the future.

Everything worked out fine. I had a good experience with them. They were satisfactory. Their system left my carpets very wet when they left and it took all day to dry.

I was looking for a contractor to do clean my 10 year old carpets. I haven't had my carpents cleaned in the past two years, so I wasn't sure how clean they would be and if the stains would come out. I contacted Proclean Cleaning Services from the deal of the week on Angie's List. They were advertising a deal for cleaning the entire house, including stairs, landings, closets, unlimited rooms, etc.it certainly was an excellent price at face value, although I had used another vendor in the past to clean my carpets. Unfortunately, the Technician arrived at my house one hour later than the two hour window that was given (3pm - 5pm) and he arrived at 6:05pm...he was stuck in traffic during the balloon festival! I know what that is like, althought I felt that I was trapped at my house all afternoon, and wasn't too happy about that, but what could one do. Unfortunately, the Technican didn't leave until about 8:45pm. Although he was not very talkative, he approached his work professionally and did his best to get the tough stains out of the carpet. When he finished the carpets, i examined them and they looked "clean" but basically none of the stains appeared to come out. It was a bit disappointing. However, I am pleased to say that the next day, after the carpet had dried, they looked GREAT!!! Those tough stains were barely noticable. i was very pleased with his work, and will not hesitate you use ProClean Cleaning Service again in the future, or recommend them to my friends.

I was very satisfied with their services. They did a good job. I had used one of the Big Deal coupons. I would use them again in the future.

I got them off of Angie’s List. It’s a nationwide company. They were very good. The guy that came to work came in with his truck. It was one guy and he was very professional. He was very thorough and got straight to work. He explained everything to me. I actually had a coupon for his services and I thought it was going to get the price down. It ended up being more, but I was fine with it because he explained the break down of the coupon to the services. I read other feed backs on Angie’s List and people were happy with their services as well as their price. What he charged me was more or less in the range of what other people would charge. I was very happy. I’m definitely going to use him again. I had a great and positive experience with him.

They did a good job. They were very thorough and I would recommend them when my friends ask. They were just really very precise. We used the big deal that we got through Angie's List.

they were on time, they did the work well, some stains did not come out, i called them to come out and try to remove the stains that remained, they came out and only 1 spot would not come out . they did a excellent job

We never had this done before, but I was noticing a huge amount of dust in the house. They had this special offer advertised on Angie's list so we decided to take advantage of it. They seemed to do a fine job.There was a confirmation call the day before changing the window of arrival slightly - but not a problem. The young man showed up as scheduled. He knew exactly what he was doing and worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. Aside from having to move some items back in place, there was no dirt or mess created. I have seen a big difference since we had this done. I am satisfied with the job.

Overall this was a positive experience.

The technician was over an hour late. The coupon I was using advertised a complete cleaning of air ducts, dryer vents, and furnace inspection for $39.99. When the technician arrived, he surveyed the work necessary in my "two bedroom condo" and said because this job entailed more vents, etc. than the coupon listed, the real price would be $190.00. If the coupon does not cover a small condo, who could use it? I felt the coupon, and therefore, the whole company represented a scam. I asked him to leave and did not purchase any work.
