Scheduled the job on short notice and wonderfully got the appointment for 2 days later Jackie was the technician. A very pleasant and professional personHe explained what he is going to do He was very knowledgable and flexible Answered all my questions. Showed me the dust collected from the ducts and dryer vent. Will definitely engage for my future needs.

Had all duct/vents cleaned in house including dryer vent jay was terrific he took the time to explain everything to me. He did a very thorough job and left nothing undone. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Jay !!!!

Jay arrived on time and was very friendly. He walked through the entire procedure step by step and explained the cleaning process. He did a great job cleaning the vents and removing all of the dust. I would recommend this service because it was affordable and they do great job.

Jay arrived on time. He was friendly and informative. He explained my options and gave recommendations, but I didn't feel pressured to upgrade service options. When cleaning my air ducts they noticed issues with my heating and air conditioning. Jay was able to troubleshoot the air conditioner problem that day so I didn't have to call another service provider.

We had servicemen John and Ray, they were absolutely lovely, very thorough, very respectful and very knowledgeable on products, services, packages and maintenance. Our appointment was for between 5-7pm, they called us around 3:30 and let us know they were running very early and would be able to arrive within 15 minutes of their call. Our appointment was for dryer vent cleaning, and air vent and duct cleaning. Upon inspection and cleaning of dryer vent, John showed me where we had a hole in the dryer duct and he replaced it immediately with my approval. We weren't going to do the sanitization, but we decided to purchase it at the last minute, and the house smells lovely. Definitely worth the money. Packages bring prices down, which is always nice. They also provided certificate of dryer vent cleaning to give to our HOA. John told us they also do carpet cleaning, and had we been prepared, we would have also purchased that service today as well. We will definitely be returning customers and will also be asking for John and Ray again. Highly recommend these gentlemen, will be spreading the word.

Nodi arrived punctually and did a great job of vacuuming out the chimney flue. He also volunteered to check out the connection of my dryer vent hose as I mentioned it was not secure. He was agreeable and did not make a mess. This is someone who I would welcome in to my home and will definitely use his company in the future.

John was punctual, professional and thorough. He cleaned the dryer vent (which was long overdue!) in 15-20 minutes flat!

First and foremost, I would 100% use them again. The price was a great value and I thought they acted very professionally when in my house. Cons: I thought the way they booked Angieslist appointments was a little odd. Whereas there was confusion when I mentioned I already paid via the site. Also, no phone/text reminder was given a day or two before they showed up. So I sort of forgot they were coming, but luckily I was working from home that day. Only other feedback is they did not vacuum that great around the outside of the fireplace when done.

Contacted me the day i purchased the coupon. Setup an appointment for the next day after i called. Even offered to come out that day. Andy showed up within the allotted window i was provided. Service was excellent, he was thorough going inside and outside to the back of the house and end of the vent. Advised us that the back end looked pretty horrible, like it hadn't been done in a while. We had another company come last year and needless to say, we won't be using them next year. We will stick with Andy.

The service did not go too well. They came out the next day. They came on time.

Overall a good and neat and professional job. He had to make a couple of openings in ducts, but closed them up very carefully and neatly.

They came in to clean the carpet. To be honest in my master bedroom they left permanent marks on the carpet. The little spinny things left circular marks on the carpet. But they did come and they did a good job but I didn't go back to them, but I was not happy I had those little circular marks left on my carpet. Those are permanent and they were left until I sold my house. No additional fees. They came out a week after the purchase. Interactions were nice, they were good guys. The rest of the house turned out fine. I would recommend they don't leave marks in the future and pay more attention to detail so they don't leave marks in the future. The price was good. They came very quickly when I called them. They were good with there professional. I would not use them again because they damaged my carpet.

Andy came on time in the 2-hour time frame scheduled; He answered all my questions and requests(adding the 4th property cleaning last minute). worked hard to clean the vents that were extremely dirty ( due to terrible cleaning 2 years ago and improper drying w/o cleaning lints properly by some tenants), and worked late hour( Friday 7PM ). Will definitely will call them again for cleaning.

Living in a town home community, we are required to have our dryer vents cleaned out every two years. I contacted ProClean through Angie's list after reading positive online reviews. The company was prompt in getting back to me and scheduled a convenient appointment time. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time and completed the service quickly. While this service can be messy, they did not leave a spot of dirt in my laundry room. I am happy to recommend them and use them again in the future.

Very professional. Very reasonable price. Came on time but dryer was still not drying clothes after he left. I called back the company and they were very accommodating. They offer to come right back to clean the vent again.. Now this is what liked about this service, I offered to reschedule for next day because it was pouring rain and he came back after his last job of the day. The night was horrible but the service came back at 7pm. To fix the problem. Which by the way hedid. The dryer works perfectly. Thanks Proclean you have a great service and a new customer. Thumbs-up.

They did however clean in front of it. The price was fine. I would use them again.

The man that was sent to do the job wasn't very engaging and he had poor customer service. I was asking questions & he kind of just shrugged me off. My dryer was sitting on blocks & when he left the dryer was still on the blocks but it was unstable. I also gave him a tip & he didn't thank me or anything.

When I called the company, they said that the deal was not for unlimited vents in a 2 zone system -- even though the deal specifically said "unlimited vents." I won't be using this company in the future.
