Called as part of a Big Deal. When I called the dispatcher was very efficient. The appointment was set for a Monday afternoon. The service guy was right on time and started right away. My dryer hose had not been connected correctly. The service guy fixed the problem, as well as cleaned the vent. Everything went smoothly.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. It worked out okay. I had no issues with them. The work was fine.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, but we weren't too happy with it. There seemed to be minimal dirt that came out, and I thought there would be more after 20 years. He tried to talk to us into some kind of a perfume that goes into the vents. I just wasn't real pleased with it, and I wouldn't do it again. The timing was great, we had set up a date, and it was in several weeks, and then they called on a rainy day, that they could get out in one hour, and then they came out. The technician could have used shoe covers, because it was wet, and so we had foot marks all over the house, after he left. It just seems to be common that when people come into your house to work, they put footies on, he did not. The timing was okay, it just seemed to us that the service wasn't really needs. He cleaned it, but there was very little that came out, and it just seemed like it was a worthless service. We were concerned that maybe our ducts were dirty, and that is why were weren't getting air upstairs. It is a new unit, and it is top of the chart, and so I thought it was dirty vents. It wasn't something that I would do again, or recommend. He wanted to put some antibiotic in the vent, and charge us 30 Dollars, and I thought it was a scam, and then he went out and came back 30 seconds later to say that he can do it for 30 Dollars. Then he said that if we paid by check, he would have to charge tax, but if we paid by cash it would be cheaper, and so I figured, that the 30 went right into his pocket. The guy was nice, he came in, did what he did, but I just think the whole need for cleaning your vent is a scam, in my opinion. He cleaned the vents, there is no doubt about it, there is so little that came out of it, that it seemed worthless. I thought there would be significant removal after 20 years, but there wasn't.

He arrived on time and did his job and presented me with a receipt that included a tax added to my prepayment amount. He was polite,and very professional and friendly. If all their crew is like Mickael, I would use this service again.

The serviceman was very pleasant and professional. He removed a large amount of material from the dryer vent area. The only problem was his original appt. was between 2-4. The company called and said he would be delayed. He was unable to get there until 5:30. That meant I stayed in all afternoon. But his demeanor made up for the lateness.

Did an OK job considering the price charged for the service though I wouldn't have mind paying more to get the vents cleaned up thoroughly.

It was a simple job, and ProClean performed it on schedule and at the advertised price. My only complaint is that the serviceman didn't clean up as well he might have and didn't check the interior of the dryer for lint, even though I realize that this was not part of the job description.

Overall, it went well. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 4 and 6 PM, but by 6:30 no one had arrived. I called and was told they just finished the job before mine. The technician arrived about 30 minutes later. He was very pleasant and explained what he was going to do. He was finished in a little over a half hour and was able to remove quite a bit of accumulated lint.

It came out as I expected. There was nothing special about anything. I would use them again.

Nodi was the employee who came out. He was very good and very polite. He explained to us what needs to be done as well as what didn't need to be done. I wished Angie's List would let me give him an A+.

The service was done well, but the particular person that was here, you could tell English wasn't his first language and so he was just a little difficult to understand. The price was good.

I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for this service but they couldn't solve the problems. I ended up getting a refund.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine, very good. I bought some anti-bacterial stuff and also had him clean the dryer vent so I paid an additional $90. He showed up when he was supposed to and got it all done. It was non-intrusive and it wasn't noisy. It was effective. The dryer vent is clean now judging by all the trash outside that he cleaned up.

It went well and everything was fine. They were on time and I have no complaints.

We purchased the $68 coupon for dryer vent cleaning back in May. It's been almost 2 months since we used this company but I finally just got a chance to write this since we have been moving into our new home. We decided to try this company for this service in the home we were moving out of before having our air ducts cleaned out in the new house. Boy am I glad I didn't purchase any other deals they were offering! We are new to Angie's List and joined since we were moving and needed several different services for old and new home. After a wonderful experience with an electrician from this site, I decided to cancel my appointment with another company for dryer vent cleaning and took advantage of this site and the coupon offer with this company. I saw many decent reviews, although one stuck out about the man performing the service that basically bathed in the woman's bathroom. Who would have thought that WE would get this guy, too!!! We scheduled the appointment about a week and a half before the service. Getting a hold of someone was not so easy. The night before the service was to be performed we received a phone call at 9 pm and they left a voice message as we were not home. Got the message and it was stated that the driver's truck/car was out of commission. As it was too late to call back that evening, we called back the following morning. They could not accommodate us by the time we were to move(we had about a week) so it was a problem as we already purchased the coupon. She said that someone could be there with an hour and although it was an inconvenience to me, I had no other choice. The man arrived on time but knocked and just WALKED IN! I did not even let him in and it scared me! He seemed very nice, but was very frenzied and had a very strong accent that made it difficult to understand each other. He wanted me to sign all the paperwork right away and pay tax, but I did not understand why I still owed money after prepaying, and the coupon did not state that tax was not included. I then told him to be warned that our dryer vent did not lead out of our roof and asked him to be sure that the lint did not go onto all of our stuff in the attic. He ensured me twice that it was not a problem and he knew what he was doing. He then proceeded, went up to attic, came down, ran out of our home saying too much lint made it hard for him and he needed air. He came back in, asked to use my bathroom. He was dripping wet, wanted the check, and said he was done. Meanwhile, I went up to the attic, the door was still open, and found lint everywhere. He said he would take care of it...evidentally took one of my trashbags and cleaned the lint using his hands to place in the bag!!?? I had complained to him about the horrible service and charge of tax and he told me to call his boss. I talked to the boss, he insisted I pay the $4, and said that he could send someone out to clean up the attic. At this point, I just wanted to be done with this company. He left with my check, left my bathroom floor soaking wet, as well as my sink, and the attic and laundry room floor still had lint all over. All in all, it was a terrible experience. I was very disappointed since I convinced my husband to cancel the appointment with the other company and use this one recommended by Angie's List. After a wonderful experience with our electrician and now this terrible experience, I have mixed feelings about this site. I am happy, however, to have had this experience BEFORE committing to them to clean our whole house air ducts, hot water heater, etc. in the new home. We will be using another company for sure!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He was a nice guy, he was a little fast talking. He did seem to clean everything and he showed this big pile of dirt that he pulled out of the duct system. But then on further inspection, there was this air filter that he said he cleaned and he didn't. It wasn't a big deal but then he said he cleaned it. The painters found all of this other dust, dirt and garbage in the vent when they were painting which he said that he cleaned. I saw him do it so I don't know what the deal was. It wasn't as thorough as I thought. He was in and out of here pretty quickly. It's kind of like 80% job. I paid extra because there was some sanitation option, to spray some non-chemical organic compound stuff in the house. They should pay just a little bit more attention to detail and cleaning. Make sure you get as much off it as seemingly possible because you don't come back for a long time with that thing.

The service person was punctual. We did a walk-thru of all air ducts and he set up the equipment at the furnace in the basement to start the cleaning. It had been at least 10 years since the ducts were cleaned and he pulled out enough dust & debris to fill a kitchen garbage bag! I can't believe I was breathing this stuff for so many years. The air conditioner is on full blast, the house smells cleaner and I'm breathing much better. I'm so glad I got this done!

The service was good. They showed up on time and they were good. They did a fine job, the technician came out and cleaned it within half an hour.

The service turned out great. It's been very responsive and it's been great, we had no issues. It was wonderful. We have a difficult dryer vent connection, so it wasn't the easiest. We had it go down through the floor and the line goes under the basement ceiling and then out the back of the house, so it was kind of a long vent, but he was able to clean it out and get through all that.

The rug smelled better, a lot of dirt was picked up but some stains were still visible. I have since bought a brush for my own washer/vacuum and can do a similar job. To be fair, the stains are from a rug that was previosuly laying on the carpet that was being cleaned.

The serviceman came right on time under very difficult weather conditions (torrential downpour). He did the job quickly and advised us to schedule these cleanings on a more frequent basis to avoid problems. Very good price and service.

The only hiccup was they said would be there between 3 and 5 and they got there just before 5. They did what they said they would do but I would have liked them to be earlier.
