Serviceman did a great job. My only gripe would be that he left a mess on the deck for my husband to clean up. We used the Angie's List coupon for the job. Would use them again.

Received a call from Proclean on September 2, 2013 scheduling an appointment for my dryer vent to be cleaned out on Thursday, September 5, 2013 between 12:00 and 2:00 P.M. No one showed up for the appointment and no one called.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It worked perfectly, just as advertised. It was super easy. The guy was Russian and a little gruff, but nothing that prevented him from doing his job.

The provider was professional and courteous. He showed me the work he completed and explained the process.

The company canceled my first appointment. I was notified with ample time of canceled appointment. The second appointment date was honored. The company completed the job as advertised.

I don't think the way it was being done got the job done. They attach a very large vacuum to the return air duct of the furnace. Then they go around to each and every register or return and blow compressed air down the duct. The problem is that they didn't block off any of the other ducts in the house. The vacuum was pulling air from every duct in the whole house so there was very little vacuum created at any one of the ducts. I always thought that all the ducts except one had to be blocked off. All in all I don't think they did a very good job.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with them. The service guy was very professional, punctual and would hire them in future. He took sometime to figure out where the dryer vent came out but he was really patient and did a good job. However they seemed very expensive for just the dryer vent cleaning. It is only because of the price that I rate them B.

It was fine and they did the job. When they came out they told me it was an additional $4 or $5. I asked them why and they said it was for tax, which I've never had happen before, but I paid it.

THE MAN CAME ON TIME AND GOT TO WORK. HE WAS NEAT, CLEANING UP AFTER DOING THE JOB, AND DID HIS JOB WELL.

Service provider was on time. Performed cleaning quickly. Service provider pointed out a split in the dryer vent hose and taped it up for me.

Quite well. Ended up paying extra for the vents to be cut and sealing them back on as well as the disinfectant

They were great. They're on time. They did what they said.

Everything went according to plan/services expected. They did arrive within the time that we were told they would arrive (5pm-7pm); however, we were not given the pre-call as expected and we had to call at 6:30pm to confirm. After making the phone call, I was told to expect the technician within 10 minutes and within 10 minutes the technician arrived. I did schedule this cleaning for a Saturday on Labor Day weekend, so some hick-ups in communication were expected. I would definitely use their services again.

He showed up on time.Did clean the ducts but did not look inside the furnace to see if the fan motor or duct at the heater needed to be cleaned. I would have paid extra for this work. It took me an hour and a half to do this work.The motor had so much dirt on it it would have burned out soon.Disappointed!!!

This is the first Angie's List service provider that I was not happy with. All of the chimney sweeps that I have hired in the past 20 years have always gone up to the roof to inspect the condition of the chimney and they blocked off the fireplace and swept the chomney from the roof downward. They even run a video camera down the chimney to inspect for any problems. This provider showed up in a van with Washington state tags; when the provider was to have been local, no company name on the van with a generic magnetic logo that read duct cleaning, chimney sweeping and dryer vent cleaning. This was not a true chimney sweep at all, he set up in the family room and without blocking it off started to run a small brush up the chimney then checked with a eight foot light, vacuumed and was gone in a total of 25 minutes. When I asked if he was going to check the chimney at roof level he said that they weren't allowed to climb and didn't have ladders. I would never hire this service again, they may be great for dryer vents but certainly not for chimneys.

The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

It went very well. The tech arrived within the given time frame. He was courteous and efficient. My husband was so impressed, he asked about additional services. I would highly recommend this company.

The provider was very professional and prompt. The provider was pleasant to deal with and I would certainly call them again in the future.

The experience was an ok one. The man was late arriving to our home, however he was very kind and apologetic for being late. He seemed to do a good job on the cleaning of our air ducts however there was some dust and dirt left behind in our sons bathroom so we had to clean up a little after him. Overall the experience was average.

It worked out well. They were very professional. It was a good experience.

They are very good. They came within two weeks of the big deal purchase. They did good quality work. I would use them again.

I was very satisfied. The only difficulty was that Russians apparently own the business and the person that came was very competent but we had a hard time communicating but then we worked it out. I was very pleased with the service. They came when they said they were coming and charged what they said they were going to charge. I was satisfied with the price but I don’t know if it was more or less than the normal.

Service was completed as mentioned and will recommend them

It turned out okay, he was really pleasant and helpful but he did put my closet door back on wrong. I haven't done comparisons for their price so I don't know what other places would have charge for the same. I think they did a good job except for the door. REVISED Review: It wasn't until about 6 months later that I used the dryer when I was at home and discovered that it was venting large amounts of moisture into my home. I called ProClean to have them come out to make sure the vent had been reattached properly, but they refused to do so without charging for an additional cleaning.
