They broke the cap on my dryer vent. When I called to report it, I was told that it wasn't under warranty. I argued that this had nothing to do with a warranty. The serviceman broke the cap and I simply wanted him to come back and fix it. The person I spoke with said they would come back and fix it but I would have to pay for it. This is totally unfair and horrible customer service. I will never use this company again!

Two men came and cleaned the chimney and fireplace. They arrived on time, were polite, and performed the service well. They cleaned up after themselves, but did leave some soot on the floor in front of the fireplace.

This service was horrible from start to finish. To start off we saw a coupon for chimney inspection and cleaning. When we signed up for it we were given 3 possible dates and were told to call and comfirm. I called to confirm a date and was told that the dates on the confirmation are suggested dates and the earliest they could come was more than a week later. That is unfortunately only the beginning, I was not at home when the technician came for the appointment my wife was. The tech came in and cleaned the chimney out in my living room and basically left. My wife told me that the tech spoke very little english did not tell her anything, did some stuff to the chimney then left. When I attempted to start a fire after my socalled cleaning and inspection the damper (flue) would no longer open and close properly. I could not shut it, keep in mind it worked fine before my "inspection and cleaning" . After a couple of frustrating fireplace evenings I called proclean back. They said they would send a tech back asap. Once again unfortunately only my wife was home. The tech walked in played with the damper and said it worked fine. I was on the phone during this and told her to ask him to show her. While showing her how well it worked it would not shut, when she called him out on it he said you just have to play with it and that was it. After much frustration she kindly and abruptly asked him to leave. I would not use this company ever again.

They called me 5 minutes in advance. He did the job and left. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They made a clean exit.

It turned out very, very well! They did the work quickly. No problems at all.

Service was very good. Excellent clean out of fireplace - haven't seen it that clean in years. Also went above & beyond scope of work. found the dryer vent was disconnected - so he still cleaned it then reattached and taped it. Also found the flue in the fireplace to be broken; showed me how it was broken then he managed to fix it. Did not charge me extra for the repairs. Very tidy in cleaning up.

Showed up with no ladder, no paperwork. Did not provide any cover to prevent soot and dust getting into my room

didn't do was more like it. Hes helper was pregnant so we (my wife and self) already felt uncomfortable having her do anything, their ENGLISH was very difficult to understand all things were not done but who would argue with a pregnant woman as an assistant

He did a good job and cleaned it as promised. He was professional and on time. He finished the job very well.

provider was very punctual, even called day before to move up appointment time because of cancellation. came well within time frame. was neat, clean and quick with task. Even suggested some ways to improve fireplace protection against build up using different logs.

Arrived slighlty late, but all else went well. Was careful to keep fireplace area clean during and after process. Overall satisfied with service.

The carpets looked cleaned but I had initially paid this money to get the troublesome spots treated. That did not happen. I should have been warned in advance that the provider is not responsible for removal of spots. Not a single spot was removed. You may well ask why I bought this plan, well just read the above raving reviews that I have cut and pasted and you will know why I fell for this service!

Thorough cleaning of event and laundry area.

Called ahead, showed up on time. Very professional, the technician was a class act. He immediately went to work. Put a vacuum system in the basement at the bottom of the ventilation system, then used a power air sprayer to clean out each vent. He also took the time to clean all of our air filters that were in hard to reach places. He would have replaced them but I did not have any replacement filters at the time, so he took the time to clean them. Unfortunately, at the time the technician was likely headed back to his home country. I hope the company has more people like him.

The man who came to clean the dryer vent was very nice and was punctual. I had an issue with there being a lot of lint in the basement after the work was done, but didn't realize this until 2 days after the work was completed, when I went downstairs to the basement. The man from ProClean Cleaning Service stopped by last week to talk to me about the lint in the basement and said I should call the company to schedule an appointment to have him come back to connect the dryer vent hose in the basement. He did offer to come back the night he originally stopped by, but it wasn't convenient for me. I did call the ProClean Cleaning Service office last week to schedule an appointment, but haven't heard back from them yet. I was happy the service man offered to come back to repair the dryer vent hose in our basement, but I was hoping to hear back from their office by now so we could set up an appointment.

Procleaning services came within two days of our request to clean our dryer vent. The rep did a very thorough cleaning. He also tried to clean up when he was done.

It went okay. I paid additional because it was like a few hours more. I wouldn't do it again because the guy spent like 5 minutes here and then just left. They were looking to get the smell out of the chimney and it didn't work. I think the chimney was clean already so it wasn't worth it. It's not that they did anything wrong, it just wasn't worth it for us.

ProClean Cleaning Services was prompt in calling to schedule an appointment, and they arrived at our home on time. The job performed, which was cleaning the dryer vent seemed good. I did have a few issues though. I wish their License # had been printed on the receipt they gave me because our townhouse association requires the dryer vent be cleaned by a licensed company, so I had to go back and look up their license# on Angie's List. The other issue was our basement had a lot of lint on the floor and on things in the basement after they cleaned the dryer vent. It took awhile to clean up after ProClean Cleaning Services left.

It turned out very well. They came out to clean my duct and they inspected my heating system as well.

Everything went perfectly. The worker was very friendly and professional, explained what he was doing as he went along and was finished quite quickly.

It went fine, but they charged extra for the stairs.

He showed up for the appointment. He had no ladders with him. He also did not cover the fireplace up before he brushed it out. I had to give him my own ladder to get him on the roof. He also did not pay attention to any cleanliness.

The price was good but wasn't impressed with the professionalism of the girlfriend. Also the upsell was too much and annoying.
