The gentleman came and looked in the vent. He saw there was a family of birds in there and told me that he couldn't do anything until it was removed. He was polite and professional. I had a pest control company take care of the family of birds and solved the issue. I am getting a refund through Angie's List for this deal now, since I don't need it.

Serviceman, Andy, was very professional and personable. He told me what he was going to do and did it quickly and efficiently. Andy went out of his way to make sure everything was working well before he left. I was very pleased with this service and would recommend them to friends.l

The cleaning was OK. No advice on reducing smoke from glass, though.

I must say, this was quite a hassle. I am new to Angie's list and hope the next experience is better than this one...a waste of time waiting for Pro Clean to show up only to get a technician who did not speak much English and then tell me I needed to find the coupon. After all that, he informed me that is not what they do. Somewhat ridiculous to offer a deal on a service they do not provide. Very frustrating. I would like a full refund for the trouble. Thank you

Showed on time. Spent almost 2 hours for vent cleaning, dryer vent & chimney cleaning.

The tech came out today and I was looking for fireplace tune ups. He said that he doesn't do tune-ups and that the deal was incorrect. He was polite and professional. I am getting a refund through Angie's List.

The service man arrived 30 minutes early. In their message to me I would have appreciated knowing that they wanted a copy of my coupon for the Big Deal I had purchased. I would have had the copy ready. Instead the service man waited until I turned my computer on, it had to warm up (I have an old computer), and then I had to print the coupon. What if I didn't have ink in my printer? A head's up on this would have been helpful. I was very happy with the service.

I purchased the described deal. The technician came on time and was courteous throughout. I gave him the voucher for the job but he didn't seem to know what it was. I tried to explain but he didn't seem to understand English very well. When he finished I found that all he did was clean the chimney and vacuum the fireplace (including the vermiculite), and the pilot light was not even lit. I asked what he did for the inspection and making sure the gas was working properly, and he said that all he does is clean chimney's. We again showed him the voucher, but he just kept repeating that he cleans chimney's and doesn't know about gas fireplaces. He also kept telling me to sign his form that the job was done without understanding that the job was not done. I finally signed it so he would leave. We called the company and they also stated that they only clean chimney's and do not work on gas fireplaces while offering to clean our dryer vent. We still don't know if it's safe to light the pilot.

The service was great. Scheduling of the service was very easy. They got in touch with me right away. They came right on time. The person who came out was professional and courteous. I was very happy with the work.

I recently bought a house with a fireplace ( first time having a fireplace)and was recommended to have it cleaned and inspected by both the previous owner, and my Home Inspector ( who recommended a Class 4 Video Inspection for $ 400.00 ), before I tried to use it since it had not been used in a few years. Some prices for an inspection were very high, and then I saw the Deal on Angie's List so I gave it a try. As I expected, from what the previous owner of the house told me, there should be nothing wrong , but just get it cleaned and inspected first. Pro Clean showed up time and told me what I had suspected. Did a cleaning, took only 20 minutes, and I asked about the inspection, he said everything looks good. Just make sure that you clean the flue and chimney every year either before or after the season if I use it. Only problem was, when he finished brushing the fireplace, he brought in a Shop Vac to collect the dust and any soot. When he plugged it in and turned it on , some dust from the previous job shot out of the exhaust port on the Vac. He quickly put the suction hose to the exhaust to capture the dust, but it was already too late. If they come to your house, make sure you have them plug in and start the Vac OUTSIDE FIRST , to blow out any residual dust from a previous job that may have become shaken up during the drive in the back of his truck. Other than that I would use them again. Both the phone staff and the tech were courteous and responsive to my needs and questions. They did not try to up-sell me which I was wary of.

We had a major multi-room renovation and it was quite a lot to clean.

I think everything went fine and we were satisfied.

Was part of Angie's List Big Deal (which provider honored after I found out there were no more deals left). Did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent which had never been cleaned as we recently purchased the house. Will use them in the future if necessary.

When he came into the house he brought with him a huge bag almost completely filled with dust from many many other previous jobs. Probably a weeks worth of dust. I'm sorry I even let him into the house with that bag of filth that he had. He also had with him a small pressure wand that he used to insert into the vents. This device was about the size of a pencil and he injected pressurized air for about 3-4 seconds, hardly adequate to blow out anything. His truck had a generator that was suposed to power his equipment, but he couldn't get it to start, so he needed to use the electricity in my house. Not that it was any great cost for the electricity but it showed the state of disrepair of their equipment. He was in and out in about 15 minutes of an 11 room house and off to his next job. If I were to guess they may have removed less than 10% of the dust that accumulated in my ducts .

Got a coupon for this service so I used them instead of my regular carpet cleaner. Carpets were not that clean after completion. Had to do them over so wound up costing a lot more

Very good! I think it was like 2 or 3 years ago. It was whatever the coupon was for. It was just one person. Their advance word of thing, adventure clean, were on time, and came when they said they would come. It was just through an email and Angie’s list email to us. I just remember them taking a big, huge of bag as of crap out of our vent and that was nice. We just bought the house, so, we do not really know, only a while. That is expensive to clean up the vents, add price to run a little bit is an expensive opposition. It is hard for me to judge it. I never had them before. But she did to take a lot of crap out in my allergies and makes much better senses. They came out when they said they would come out.

The service went really well. The work was done in a timely manner and they did a good job.

The service Tech did a good job cleaning the dryer vent as well as showing that the vent should be in the upper slot.

He used booties and cleaned up completely after himself.

He was punctual and worked very efficiently. He was patient and explained the process, as well as maintenance procedures.

The service appeared to be done professionally and in a timely manner. One item of confusion was when they were scheduled to start. I thought the service was to be from 9 - 11... when that was actually the time frame when they were to arrive; they didn't arrive till 11:30

I felt like I had to push to make sure that all the services that were paid for were completed. The tech did not want to deal with the mess behind the dryer, which I would think is part of cleaning the dryer vent. The work was done, it was just more complicated than it should have been.
