Description of Work: The ProClean folks did return my call to set up an appointment. But then I went back to their reviews and I became disturbed by several things. One, folks reported that they drilled a whole in the furnace which they then repaired. I had not bargained for any drilling of my furnace. Secondly, I realized that there would be no way for me to know whether the work was done effectively or not. But the reviews suggested that of those who could see in to their vents some found piles of dirt or dust. I felt like $199. was more than I was willing to pay for something that was not a sure thing.

Description of Work: Two gentlemen arrived on time, introduced themselves. We went over the service contracted through an Angie's Deal. I showed them the locations of all vents and return ducts. They set up their equipment and went to work with little distraction to the rest of the home. At the end we signed the papers for completion and I asked about other cleaning services. They gave me a number to call and left. It was a clean, quick, friendly service. I noticed a change immediately in the quality of the air coming through he vents. The only slight problem I had was a language difficulty; however we solved that quickly.

Description of Work: Cleaned out our dryer vent and made the outside of the vent more efficient and shortened the inside vent from the dryer at my request..We were not getting any lint on our dryer filter before the service. Now we are gettting more than we ever did. We would absolutely use them again. The service man was pollite, pleaasant and efficient. Entire process took less than an hour. They also arrived on time.

Description of Work: we had difficulty in finding someone who could clean our ducts.when we saw this offer we decided to apply for it. we made an appointment and the technician came on time.after looking over the system he got to work.he was done within an hour.we were satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: Cleaned all of the ducts in our large house. He did not punch a hole in a duct as the last cleaner did. He was very careful, extremely polite, and explained what he was doing. He said we had more stuff in the ducts than most people do. After the cleaning my allergies seemed to be less bothersome. I will definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: Responding person would not show any business license or bond information without first trying to inspect home. Refused to even respond to questions about his business and trustworthiness.. Said that his boss was the only one that could answer any questions and was then refused access to house
