+ -1 moreI requested the service per recommendation from a friend. After paying my 50% of all work to be completed up front, I had a difficult time getting a committed date and time and engaging in communication prior to the job to firm up details for flooring, painting and preferences of molding to replace in the kitchen.
Description of Work: Vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathroom. Paint the bathroom, replace toilet and vanity. I paid for all merchandise up front and paid for $50% of the project in advance. They billed me to paint my kitchen when I requested painting for a small bathroom. It was difficult to get i touch to understand their work ethic or understand who was picking up paint or some of the flooring. They were very pleasant but when they painted my bathroom white over a yellow prior color, Victor did not paint my vent, the item behind the toilet, or my baseboards. I was informed I had to change my vent myself. I had painting before and never had to do this. Anyway I went and purchased another vent because I could not get alignment with Victor to come back and finish the job. Additionally, he did not remove any of the imperfections in the wall before painting. Can you imagine what a white bathroom looks like with dents, holes, etc in places. They did work all day but there were three contractors. I left each of them a good tip because the did put in alot of time and I was happy with the flooring job. I would not have an issue if they came back to complete the job but it has been almost 3 months and I have not been able to connect to finalize the project.

+ 0 moreVictor and his partner did a great job with our 3 rooms. They fixed all the dry wall issues, and fully spackled and painted within 2 days. All 3 rooms now look refreshed. They were very professional and delivered everything they said they would, started , finished , cleaned up on time. They are also very reasonable with their pricing. I would use them again for other jobs in future and highly recommend them.

+ 1 moreThe floors look great!! These guys are awesome, and very good at what they do! They were able to install new flooring in my home, 4 rooms and a foyer, in 2 days and I couldn’t be happier. I already have them scheduled to install all new baseboard moulding throughout the downstairs, and they will be installing all of my new cabinets going into my kitchen. I highly recommend them!!

+ 2 moreOn Demand was great from start to finish! The process was seamless! I say this b/c service, quality of work, and delivery of everything from start to finish was a great experience. I like to feel and know that the job I want done is understood and taken serious. I’m not an expert so I always ask many questions. I take my investments in my home updates / renovations seriously. With that said, it was prompt responses from initial inquiry to the completion of the job! I’m totally in love with the new tile floors in my kitchen and new doors we had replaced throughout the house. Now, I’m trying to convince my husband to book our window replacement project ASAP! Can’t forget to mention- my appreciation for the guys on-site. They were professional, on schedule, not messy and the quality of work was AMAZING! They offered options, suggestions and worked within the budget we established. 💯 Highly recommend

On Demand Home Service made the process seamless for me and my busy work schedule. They were always on time and communicated with me throughout the process. I have been forced to watch HGTV enough in my life that I can tell you Chip & Joanna Gaines would be impressed by the remodel. I was blown away by the work, but what is most important is my wife was thrilled by end the result.
