Jonathan and his crew were efficient and knowledgeable. My deck looks beautiful after the repair job. I would highly recommend him.

Use this guy. He is fair, conscientious and he knows exactly what he is doing. He listens to the customer. His staff is just as good as him. Measures and uses the right tools. If you need a deck done use him.

He arrived at the scheduled time for the estimate and work. I had the materials and needed lattice replaced under my deck which was completed in half a day, so I was just paying for labor. The lattice looks fine but isn't matched up exactly. I didn't discuss cost of removal and didn't realize that wasn't included in the price so I have to dispose of the old lattice and scraps from the replacement.

Jonathon was on time, professional and did a great job. He also pointed out 2 problems with my drainage system that needed to be fixed. He will be back Wednesday to fix them at reasonable cost.

It was a terrible experience. I have never had a contractor walk out on me just because he wanted to do what he wanted to do and not what I wanted.

Our experience with Jocema was outstanding start to finish. We had our siding replaced, new deck steps built and new columns built from scratch. Prompt courteous clean and precise work

They responded to me very quickly and they came when scheduled. They did the work very quickly and cleaned up great. I was very pleased with the workmanship. They replace the siding on part of the front of my house and the side and did a very nice job. No complaints and I would recommend them to any one needing any work done.l They are very friendly and professional and I would call them again.

Jonathan responded immediately to my request for a quote to replace the aluminum cover on the fascia board of our garage roof. He showed up on-time to get the job done the following day, did an excellent professional job, cleaned up beautifully, and charged a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended and will use again.
