Hardwood Floors Unlimited sanded and refinished my floors to match the rest of the first floor. They were transparent throughout the process, worked quickly and finished within a couple days of starting. Highly recommend!

Everything went exactly as planned. The crew was on time on the day we agreed on. The crew was both friendly and professional. All my questions were answered and I was given good tips for keeping my floor in great shape!

Very punctual and clean. They used plastic shields up to stop debris and cleaned up after themselves. He gave us a great price. I wish we would of got it done sooner before we put our house on the market so I could of enjoyed my hardwood floors and his work longer.

I actually used these folks about 10 years ago and since I was happy with the job and like to use local businesses when possible so I called upon them again. I setup an appointment and once the appointment time came and went we called to see if they were still coming and it seems there was some mix up in the time. They promptly showed up and said we would be emailed an estimate for 2 options (complete refinish or spot area in dining room and complete in living room. The estimate never came and was sent to the wrong email address. We straightened that out and eventually received the estimate which was a few hundred less than others I had received but was a little less detailed and only included one option (not 2 as was discussed ). I called and left a message to discuss the estimate and scheduling but never heard from them again. I ended up going with someone else and think I dodged a bullet by not using them again.

The initial meeting was great - I was happy to have a personal recommendation and he seemed eager to provide me with an estimate. After our first meeting in October he promised an estimate within a week. I checked my email for a few days and never heard from him. I finally reached out in December to follow up - I left him a voicemail and sent him an email on 12/14//15 specifically asking him to please let me know if he has time to do this work and if not to just let me know so I can bid this project out to other floor company's. More than a month has gone by and neither my email or voicemail was returned. Definitely not professional in my book - if the job is too small than just say so but in this day and age an email requesting an estimate from a potential customer should not go unanswered.

David Gallagher the owner, very upfront, honest person told my wife exactly what was involved and the costs. We had to push the job up two weeks, was not an issue for them at all. They arrived when they said they would, and on time. Mark and Jeff, the two gentlemen who performed the job were professional, personable and did a spectacular job. They also fixed a few problem areas I had with a threshold, some loose boards and a few holes as well. There was hardly any dust whatsoever in the house and I commend them for that. We couldn't have asked for a better job from them and the price was very reasonable, for the size of the job. Would highly recommend them again and we're glad we are the first to add them to Angie's list!
