Description of Work: Calmly confirmed existence of racoon pups in our shed, set traps for mother (who never returned) and conscientiously kept us updated by text messages. Was able to do first visit the night of our call which was much appreciated.

Description of Work: They were to help with an outdoor rat infestation problem caused by neighborhood building and growth. Initially company showed up daily and/or every other day to monitor progress. After a few weeks of service, vendor stopped showing up and we never heard from the company again. We were never able to reach the vendor again and have never heard from them again. Luckily we only paid about 1/2 which was about all the service we received.

Harbor Wildlife Control Inc. came out on a Saturday after hours and got the ground squirrel tranquilized and took it away in about 15 minutes. They were very quick to respond and got here within an hour. The man was very professional and courteous. I don't even remember if they charged me.
Description of Work: We had a possibly rabid ground squirrel and had them come out to catch it.
