It was fine. He didn't solve the problem, but he was very nice. He looked at the mattress and the couch pillows in the living room. He examined them and he said he didn't see any signs of blood trails and there weren't any bed bugs. He used a flashlight, wore gloves, and he was careful of how he examined. He's called me back twice since to see how I was doing. He also recommended that I put on some synthetic product covers on the mattresses. I went out immediately to check them out, but they were $200 and that was with a coupon, so I said never mind. I wasn't going to pay that much money for plastic covers. Maybe if I'd had bugs I would have. But I didn't do anything and continued to get bitten all summer. Maybe there are spiders as it's a countryish environment, but, who knows. I wasn't going to go in for one of those heavy-duty exterminator deals as I have pets; cats, dogs and parrots, so I couldn't have anything sprayed in the house. He was nice, efficient, and prompt.

They were terririvic cam two seperate times. Guys were very professional and really nice. I am using them again for an issue I have right now.

It went well, the technician came promptly. He did the necessary job and we haven't had any problems.

When E&G called me to set up the initial appointment, the date they offered didn't work for me. I asked what their next availability was. I was told they would be in the area on that one day only and I needed to be home then. But I couldn't. Since it is an outdoor treatment I agreed to let them come while I was not home. I would have preferred to have been there for the initial treatment so I could ask questions, etc. However, I felt I had no choice. Upon arriving home later that day, I saw flags around the yard, presumably indicating where they sprayed. We have not noticed a difference in the mosquitos, but I do think this is something that probably works over time. I have not received a call for my next appointment (should be soon) so I will reach out to them instead.

Supposed to be a monthly service for a year, as advertised by Angie's List, but we have yet to hear back from them since their first service date.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. They were efficient and prompt. It was a tri-annual treatment and we just had the 3rd one done.

The guy that came out was more of a salesman than coming to check and solve the problem.

A guy came over here and told me I didn't have termites. So I was very pleased with that. I guess I saw them on Angie's List and that's why I picked them. I'm pleased.

Sdrvices were great, took care of everything. No complaints, everything seems to have worked. They were professional and I liked that the same service man came out both times.

They worked out fine. I have used them a few times and everyone was friendly except for one of the appointments.

E&G Exterminators Inc. worked out fine. He was supposed to come I believe every four months or so. And I thought he would call me and I ended up with back problems. I never called him back but I do need to call him again. One of the things was because I have a town house. It should cost me less. I spent what was on the big deal. I haven't had any problems with mice but there's woods by the house so I could get field mice. However, I had two cats that are deterrent to them trying to come in. The quality was good. I didn't have critters coming in. He came when he was expected.

Honestly, I think E&G Exterminators only came once maybe twice and didn't work out very well so I paid for a lot and didn't really get all that much. I was told that they would come out at specified time and if they came twice it was because I called and asked them to come after I complained that they haven't come out as promised, like on a schedule. Then the hurricane happened so I didn't really care about anything. It would have been a really good deal only I ended up paying something like more than $100 for them to spray, it was kind of a wet season so you would have expected them to come out much more than that. It just wasn't maintained. There were supposed to come at an expected interval, if I needed them often than that, I was to call them but they came out once and then I never really heard from then again so I called again to find out what the deal was. It was not really of any help.

It was fine. He did not do much. There was nothing extra. I would not use them again.

They came out a week after I purchased the “Big Deal”. This is my first time I used them and I did never see them. They’re at my house when I wasn't there.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal purchase that I made. It was multiple services because the Angie's List deal that I had didn't actually work, they had to do more work and they have their own price on top of that, it cost about $400 and they have a one-year warranty. They did a really good job on that and it's pretty much rodent free now. I would definitely recommend them especially if somebody has real rodent problems in their townhouse or house which was what I had. The service professionals are really experienced to what they they were actually doing there. They have pretty good knowledge and they get in tight corners, and all that stuff. It was a little bit expensive than I had expected. The quality of services is excellent and they came in right away.

They came out when they were supposed to and did an adequate job with the treatment. Nothing really stood out or was memorable about the experience.

Overall, it was a good exeperience using E&G Exterminators Inc. We do recommend they and plan to use them in future.

It went well. We were very satisfied.

We bought the big deal for an animal intrusion inspection since we had signs of a squirrel in the house. We made an appointment for the next day and they came promptly. They set a one way trap for the squirrel to exit and not come back. We were to leave it there for 2 week at which time they came back to remove the trap and patch the hole. No more evidence of squirrels since.

We were having a rodent problem in an area over our living room ceiling. We had placed glue traps and mouse traps in the attic, but had had no success in catching the animal, and could not figure out how it was getting in. When I saw the "Big Deal" of $195 for $400 worth of work I was encouraged to see that they would do an analysis of your home and tell you where animals might be getting in and take care of the problem. They were very prompt. The guy that came was super nice. But all he did was put bait traps around the house and a couple of glue traps in the attic. which we had already done. In a few days we caught a flying squirrel in one of E&G's glue traps which my husband disposed of. So technically they DID take care of the problem, but no analysis of how it might have gotten into the house, other than to say that flying squirrels are common in this area and can squeeze through small openings. I felt that $195.00 was a lot for what they did and I would never pay $400.00 for this service unless my house was over run by mice. We were thrilled to get rid of the scratching in the living room ceiling which had gone on for weeks so ultimately we were satisfied.

The job went great. The technician arrived on time and did what he said he would. I have no complaints at all.

They called, said they needed to schedule. Never showed up.
