Mouse exclusion. Had to call to bring vendor back as 1st tech did not complete service.

They were pretty prompt and right on schedule. They were very good, it's wasn't the same person every time but they good, friendly, professional, and very nice. I didn't have much to compare to but the price was pretty good. I would definitely use them in the future.

We have no more mice problems so I am very happy about that.

It ended up going pretty well. They were very nice and put forth quite a bit of effort. He was very willing to do several different things and the price was excellent. They were very thorough and I’ve not had any issues since they came out.

They did not come out on a routine basis. The Big Deal said they would come out every month and due to the weather I am not sure they did. I should have policed the service a little better. They did not leave anything notifying of the treatments. I only knew about the times when I was at home.

Still have a mouse problem. I could have bought the traps/poison and did everything myself.

They were okay. The service is not yet over, and he is supposed to come back, but we haven't had any problem. I wasn't there when he came out, but my wife was around.

The personnel sent were competent, but the company failed to keep appointments three times when I had to coordinate schedules with three tenants. Appointments were made directly with owner/manager so there seemed to be no excuse for such a lack of professionalism in this regard. The date above is very approximate for the last treatment of three done over a year or so..

They didn’t have a professional appearance. The first person seemed more professional and explained the poison a bit to me. I had no problems with scheduling. They got back to me the same day and came right away. I would probably not use their service again. The price was reasonable.

very friendly. put down all the traps quickly and offered to come back in 1.5 months. Angie's list price was unbeatable.

Erratic experience. My house, which is unique, presented numerous challenges for the exclusion effort. And the E&G people, when they made it to my site, worked hard very hard to remediate. But there were about a half-dozen no-shows where I didn't receive a call. And my efforts to get through to a manager to talk about my general frustration with the lack of success were gate-keepered, with the apparent goal of sending someone back out to my site rather than pass me through to a manager. In the end, I let them take one last whack at this before my coverage expired (Nov 2013), and though it worked for a while, the flying squirrels are back.

this is the second time they came and i have not seen but one dropping.

diagnosed the problem, came when he said and eliminated the problem. Did a follow-up when some of the bees returned at no charge. I would use them again

Service man was nice and got into a very tight attic.

We have a yearly plan and then we call them as many times as we need for either ants or termites. They have the plan, which is good, because if you just call them out it would probably cost a lot more than just giving them $100 a year to just keep them on service. So it is cheaper than just a one time deal. When we bought the house, the people before us told us to use them.

It went very well. The gentleman they sent was very prompt, polite, and went above and beyond. He cleaned up little droppings and he made sure to check all the aspects of my house before leaving. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He came out twice to check the bait and make sure that all the mice were gone before sealing the exit. I was very impressed. Hopefully I will never need another exterminator, but I would definitely hire him again.

He gave me great peace of mind that my rodent problem would be over shortly and that I will be living mouse free soon. I felt a great sense of relief and comfort knowing that this professional had decades of experience. Now I can feel safe and get my home back in order. Provider arrived on time as scheduled. Provider analyzed the problem and applied corrective measures to eliminate the problem in the attic. Provider searched the rest of the house for evidence of additional infestation and left traps in various areas to detect further evidence of infestation. At all times the provider acted in a professional manner and discussed the problem thoroughly, including action taken, future preventative measures, and other details. Provider returned the following week to follow up with the service. Provider arrived on time as scheduled and again examined the entire house and the outside area. All signed\\s indicated that the problem had been resolved. As with the first visit, the provider acted in a professional manner and discussed the actions taken and future actions that might be required. I consider this vendor to be an excellent service provider and will not hesitate to recommend him to others.

The tech didnt take a sample of bugs. His knowledge of bugs wasn't professional and he used google to identify the ants. Finally he gave me an outrageous estimate and forced me to use a competitor.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The technician came, inspected the bedroom and did not find any bedbugs so I think they were honest. They did not say they found bedbugs so I asked him how he knew and he told me how he knew. He told me what they looked for and I did not see evidence of any bedbugs. He suggested other things they could do, but I was interested in anything else. I just wanted to know if we had bedbugs.

They were very professional and timely. The only minor problem was the time it took to get an appointment sometimes.

Time was right and information was good

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We had to add a mice component so it was an extra $35 but the price didn't change for the ants. It was a 3-prong attack. The first two times they were fantastic. The third time it wasn't as good; I think it was the technician they sent out. The first guy was amazing. He knew bugs and he was a font of information. He pointed out things to me. He did a granular thing outside and hung around for a good half hour after he finished to make sure that the ants started to take it back to their nest. The first two times were terrific. The other guy was more inexperienced. He didn't do a bad job. He didn't do as thorough a job as the other gentleman had done. We were spoiled with the first guy. The price was excellent because they came 3 times. We didn't think it would be worth using them again at their regular price so we decided to try another company.
