Service provider came out last year when i purchased the contract and performed one service. Not much to speak of but just sprayed chemicals inside the house. I was supposed to receive four treatments and as needed service. They never called to schedule any future treatments and every appt I made was never upheld. They just never show up. I complained to Angie's list and they said they have no protection against annual contracts once the first service is provided. So let buyers beware to not purchase from this provider and not to purchase anything annual from Angie's list. The service provider is encourage to take your money, and as long as they perform one service, Angie's list has nothing to protect you. I guess I leaned my lesson from both. Unfortunately it's a $350 lesson and nothing to show for it

They were timely and did an excellent job.

Had rodents in the attic, so I bought the special which stated that they would rid the rodents and put down protective traps to keep them from returning. When the team got there, they identified the rodents as squirrels. It seems by their definition that squirrels don't fall under their definition of rodent... despite how science has classified them for eons. Because they were squirrels, there would be additional costs. I was in a bind, so I okay'd the additional cost. The fact is, what they did got rid of the squirrels and they did not return. So I'll grade them high for accomplishing what I needed. I grade them high for their responsiveness and punctuality. Where I did gig them was on their professionalism and only because if they're going to provide a rodent "special" then it should be specifically stated that this does not apply to all rodents, and then list what rodents might cost more. Bottom line, they did get the job done and did it quickly.

E&G were very responsive, setting up an appointment shortly after I bought the Big Deal. They came about a week or two after our initial contact. The worker who came out was very friendly and explained what the process was, as I accompanied him through my home and area around the foundation. That day he put a bunch of bait stations inside and outside the house to get any mice that were in the house out of it. Then two weeks later he came back - I was not home that day - and installed copper mesh material where my siding met the foundation to provide a barrier to keep the varmints from entering the house. So far, so mice!

Nothing, they never performed the service I paid for, or any service, they never showed up on the scheduled date and have not responded to calls. Additionally The process to get a refund through Angie's list is ridiculous, I contacted them and all they do is respond with requests to fill out paperwork, I still do not have a refund. I signed 6 month contract with them for squirrel trapping. They came out and set just one trap up at my house, when I had paid for 2. They hardley show up to get the squirrels. They are supposed to come and set the trap, and when a squirrel is trapped, I call them, and they are supposed to come and get it, and reset new traps. I wait and wait, and they don't show up. When I called the office, the woman there said to me, "What do you want? You can't get rid of squirrels!". So I asked why they took my money! She said that they had already caught a bunch of squirrels for me, but I had had signed a 6 month contract. They should be coming continuously for the whole 6 months. They never said that they would only come a certain amount of times, they wrote the contract, I just signed it and paid for it. They continue to not show up when they say they will, which has also caused me to miss work.

The person who came did his job informed us that we have termites. He explained that our contract is not for termites and offered a service that would normally cost about $600 for a reduced price of $300-$400. I found this sales tactic to be extremely unprofessional.

It turned out pretty well. We purchased the year long maintenance contract. They were very knowledgeable and told me about the various entry points for rodents; they looked through the interior and around the exterior of the house for entry points as well.

Purchased the offer on November 22. Received a prompt response and scheduled the apt for November 26th. Although the weather was terrible that day I received no communication and they never showed up. Called and left a message to reschedule but never got a response. Have since found another provider through Angie's List and scheduled an appointment with them.

It went well. The technician who provided the service was professional and worked quickly. They did everything they said they would.

Vastly fewer mice in the house this year. Because of our dogs and cats we opted not to use any bait stations. I think that if we used them we would had no mice at all. I think that they did a very good job. We would use them again.

The provider arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection and service. They also provided a one year warranty. However, the cost of the service was considerably more costly than the last visit.

Took the time to hear about our findings and put bait traps in each of the places affected. Suggested a follow up appt in the near future. Very nice, easy going, experienced person. Suggestion: if customer's address is a PO Box, make sure client has home address if they are going to be visiting a house.

The first visit the guy dropped a bunch of food traps, and the second visit they examined them and that was basically it. Worth the $139 for peace of mind, but nothing else was done.

Two days after the service was completed, a supervisor visited to review the job that was done. Great touch. My rodent problem was taken care of.

They were okay. There were no extra charges. There was nothing exceptional.

They are excellent, very prompt and took care of the problem.

I did not use the voucher. The provider called promptly and was not at fault.

The provider sprayed mosquito treatments which appeared to have worked. He was punctual and responsive. No complaints.

Angies list big deal for termite treatment for $985. I do not know what the cost is,but I knew it was an expense.Took the deal in early april because of bad weather made an appointment for 05/13/2014,verified on emails tru angies list between 10 am & 12. Called the day before a woman answered and confirmed the appointment.Well on the day of it was 1:00pm no show.called again spoke to a man who said he was the dispatcher told himi am waiting for my treatment,he asked if it was verified? Verified it was paid for in full by angies list whitch I do not approve of paying the contractor before the job is done .After emailing E&G by way of angies list I get a call from Bob who said he is finishing a job nearby and will be comeing in 20 minutes. Well of course no show,called the dispatcher again was told Bob went to another job,and would be there in an hour.Finialy they show up I showed him where I had termites in back of the garage and by the shed its about 10 feet away he said we don't do that.I felt they should treat all areas They did the house and garage was well under the 20,000 sq. feet allowed in the deal,He did go and spray some by the shed. But not near as well as the house and garage. G.B.

I was happy with the first application that I didn't need to call for the second. I thought they were gonna be coming out on a regular basis because that's what most of those companies do but I guess they needed the call each time. The second application didn't go as good and since I bought that late in the season, I didn't get the full five or six treatments that I actually paid for so I used the credit that they gave me towards another pest problem at my daughter's house. They were nice enough to accommodate me there.

They were very good. They were on time. They came out within a week after I purchased the Big Deal. There were no extra charges. He was very knowledgeable and just very helpful in the tips that he gave me. I thought the pricing was fair.
