Description of Work: Those on the phone were responsive and polite. The workman did a professional job just had a minor scheduling glitch. I believe they over assessed damage caused by the pests since it benefits them. Overall, they provided the services requested of them in on schedule.

Description of Work: I received an estimate for work that could be done. I appreciate his honestly and knowledge of the subject. It turned out that I didn't need the service and he was honest about that. I was given a price for prevention if I wanted to go that route but chose not to. I would use them if a problem does arise.

Description of Work: They set mouse baits in seven different areas of the house; came back to check activity; rearranged some of the bait traps. No more mouse activity. They suggested that when the winter weather subsides to have any entry ways on the outside of the house to be blocked, which they will do for approx. and additional $300. Will consider this.

Description of Work: I needed them in a hurry, and they responded. A rapid visit to a home for termite/carpenter ant inspection. They immediately contacted me afterward and offered the opportunity to perform the service at a time convenient to me. It turned out that I didn't have to employ them, but they'd be my first choice next time. Their price was fair and reasonable as well.

I have a very busy schedule and E&G was very flexible in setting up a free pest inspection. The representative answered all my questions and concerns. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY COME RIGHT WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. WE REALLY HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH PESTS AT ALL SINCE THEY SPRAYED. WE HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THEM, SO WE PAY FOR THEIR SERVICE ONCE.
