There were five mosquito treatment. The technicians were always on time, as scheduled, and very friendly and professional. Overall experience was very positive.

There were always mosquitos around the perimeter of the house. When I received the notice from Angie's List about E & G's big deal, I took a chance, since they were well rated. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and performed the services in about an hour. Prior to beginning, he answered my questions in a courteous and professional manner. When the service was complete, he let me know, answered my additional questions and then left. Before the service, I cound not work around the outside of the house without being bitten by mosquitos several times. Most times, I had to stop what I was doing because it was so bad. After the service, I had no such problems and was able to complete any work without the constant annoyance. Obviously, I was pleased with the work E & G did. I would recommend them to anyone with similar problems.

Overall, pleased. They were knowledgeable. We have a well, they were thorough in explaining the process, that baits not liquid is used within certain distance from the well. Protecting the perimeter of the house is the goal, termites will still be around in the wooded areas. I was confident from what I had read and what was presented that they were treating the problem correctly.

They did a decent job. Arrived on time and spent time to understand our problem (ants and spiders due to lots of trees close to the house). They sprayed everywhere around the house and came back to confirm if there was anywhere else they would want us to spray (we did ask them to spray in the garage; which they happily did). Overall, a good experience. We will surely use them again.

Worked well but had to come a second time because it rained later the same day of application. I would recommend they include the time they completed the job on the customer invoice. Otherwise they were a good company that I would use again. At the end of the day, the ants went away!

I signed up for an E & G big deal. They were very responsive and came each month on time. They gave me suggestions on how to keep the mosquito population down to a minimum considering the yards near mine could not be controlled. I never had to call them as they kept a regular monthly scheduled and always called before coming.

The exterminator showed up on time, he asked if we had any special problems. The spraying was done in a timely manner without any mess or damage. It was very effective. I would use this service again.

Vendor provided service to eradicate a persistent population of flying squirrels. With respect to this, they were mostly capable and responsive. Problem remains but they're still working on it. Vendor also provided bug spraying service, which seems to have worked out okay. Vendor was supposed to add rodent elimination but, after staying home from work for my service appointment, I was called later that day (after the appointment timeframe) to be informed that the agent would not be able to come by because he lacked the necessary rodent elimination resources in his vehicle. What????

Guy showed up. Sprayed the exterior of the house. Didn't spray under porch but not sure if that is part of the deal? He did spray extra on areas with pests. Guy was very verbose on what he did which was good.

Mosquitoes are not easy to control -- but I thought I would give it a try and maybe we would be able to enjoy our patio in the backyard.

I bought an annual package. The workers came on time and did a thorough job.

I got the Angies' list deal for the quaterly service. They have come twice so far, we have a lot of spiders around the house, this year I've seen a lot less of them. They guys are generally friendly and have sprayed the house inside and out. They have gone above and beyound a couple of times as well. The wasps build nests inside the fence posts of my aluminum fence and there ends up being a high population around the house. I asked if they could do anything for it and they went around with a special dusting spray that has killed the nest and significantly decreased the population. Best of all they didn't ask for any upcharge even though this wasn't outside of the services I paid for. It was hot out I have a big yard and he sweat through his shirt! I did give the guy a $20 tip for his efforts. Good experience overall.

They were very good indeed and I have used them in the past.

Purchased the season of mosquito treatments, no issues but remember that you have to call and schedule your monthly treatment. Always punctual, courteous and leave a very detailed report each time the team come to spray. I have noticed a significant drop in the number of mosquitos and will definitely use them again next year!

It went very well, the gentleman was very professional. Explained everything very well. We were very happy.

I wasn't home when they came to spray so I don't know if they were nice, helpful, thorough, etc. However, I have used another company regularly for the past 5+ years to spray the perimeter of my house due to ants coming in during the warm season. I call them in the spring, they spray, and I never see an ant the whole rest of the season. I've never had to call them back. Their charge is $145. So, when it came time to spraying this year I called E & G because of the high rating and the great price offered ($75) which is half of what I usually spend. E&G made a 4/16 appointment and, as far as I know, they spayed. (no one was home) This last week I started seeing ants in the house and yesterday there were 5 in my bathroom, 3 in the kitchen, 1 in the hall, 1 in my bedroom. I never had this with my usual externinator and since I am having guests staying at my house this weekend I had to call my usual exterminator to come today to spray for $145. Therefore, using E&G was not a savings for me in the long run and I will not take a chance on using them again.

I wasn't home at the time they did the job, but they didn't need to come inside. They did call me the day before to remind me that they were coming, and again afterwards to tell me it was completed.

He sprayed inside, outside, and the basement. The man was very nice and personable. I thought the price was very good. The quality was good. They were very responsive and they came on time.
