They came out and sprayed the exterior of my house. Everything went fine. I signed up for an interior contract as well and they have come out to my house 3 times since.

They did the inspection and everything went great. The technician was very friendly, professional and honest.

The applications were less than what I expected. First time the guy arriived and used a hand held ~2.5 - 5.0 gallon sprayer to walk the property and spray the chemical. He advised that there should be no standing water, I should not have a bird bath, etc.. The result was less then satsfactory for controlling the mosquitoes. Technician requested access to the house which I thought was very unprofessional. Second month, different technician this time with a truck and a hose sprayer. The sprayer was not long enough to reach all of the property or to the back of the yard. The technician was holding the hose high in the air to get distance on the chemical being srayed, the problem is I have a pool and I am unsure if the overspray was drifting into the pool. Any wind at all the chemical was being sprayed into the pool, I am still not confident that it did not make it into the pool water. The result was slightly better control of the mosquito population that month. If I remember correctly the 4 applications after that the technician arrived with the hand held sprayer. The mosquito controll was not very good but in all fairness to them mosquito control last year was very difficult all around. Overall, I did not think the company was very professional so I decided I would not do future business with them. I was not impressed with any part of the service, sorry.

Excellent!!!! Taught and explained about bedbugs. Very thorough. Very nice. Would use them for all my needs. Great company.

Appointments were easy to make, they were cooperative in every way, the technicians were professionals and competent. No negatives at all.

The person came punctually when he promised to. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He told me that the problem was most probably not bedbugs, but something else. He advised me what I should do and if the problem did not disappear in couple of weeks to contact him again. The problem was solved with his advice. So I was very happy for his service. He could have told that it is best to treat the rooms or anything, but he chose to give me an honest advice, which I truly appreciated.

My experience with them was good. Initially they quoted more but later they came down. The owner and the whole team were good. They answered all our questions. The guy, who came to sell the service, even gave me a detailed brochure of what exactly they were using because we have a 3 year old baby at home and they made sure it would be safe. Their price was reasonable compared to the market. There were two sales people that came out from the same service provider and quoted us two different prices for the same kind of service. When we brought this to the attention of the owner, he agreed to go with the lower price. The quality was pretty good but I have never this before and I do not know how to compare this; so far there are no termites. It is termite proof now but let me see next year how it goes. They came on the scheduled time and they finished everything quickly.

They are very timely. They show up the next day and the service seems to have worked. I was very happy with their work. I will probably use them again.

Total waste. After buying the coupon, I called to schedule. The call was answered by someone who sounded quite rude. Two guys that showed up to spray the yard, one was fine but the other had a real foul mouth, and wanted to talk about women in the area in a very derogatory way, instead of doing the job. The team was ill equipped and borrowed some tools from me to get their spray tank ready. I paid for the whole season, but received only one treatment. Never heard back from the vendor for any subsequent treatments, nor did I want those guys back in my yard. Pretty useless service.

Overall I was not pleased with the service. The serviceman was not professional and acted very nonchalant. I basically paid $500 for a piece of wire.

The first time I used them and I'd never had a mosquito treatment, I did not get good results at all so I called them back. It was a four-time treatment and I called them back. They did come out again and they did a really thorough treatment. It was like 2 different experiences. The first time, they just sprayed a little bit around the deck and it didn't do much. The second time, it was very effective. I might try them again. They were pleasant and nice. I am not going to say they were over the top. They came when they said they would.

Overall the experience was a pleasant one. Very professional.

I like the individual because he asks questions when needed. Also, he is cooperative and helpful. Feedback regarding their service was given to me.

We had signed up for one of AL Featured deals, but when the company called to confirm appointment we asked about and agreed to include bee and wasp treatment around the house. The individual they sent was responsible for an area several hundred square miles in south central Jersey so got to our house several hours later than scheduled and did not have a particular applicator needed to get the upper level soffet and gutters so he had to come back a second time. At that time he reapplued the treatment with no additional cost. While there was some inconvenence I felt the individual who did our treatments (same person for both) did more than he had to in order to solve our concerns.

They were timely and professional on the phone, but the tech did a minimal amount of work and wasn't helpful when I asked about rodent solutions.

He sprayed pest and insect control spray all around the perimeter of our house. Came promptly and finished the job quickly.

Unfortunately, E&G does not define squirrels "rodents". The visit consisted of a verification that I do indeed have a squirrel problem, followed by an estimate of $500-600 to elimination the infestation. Wasted dollars.

Overall I would grade the experience an "A."

Called E&G to set up appointment. Very professional, courteous. Set up date/time. Representative who did the work was on time, did the work, and was very courteous. Would hire again.

Great service from E&G. One of the technicians that came to our house (twice) was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He provided a lot of good advice, was very professional, friendly, and courteous. I rated "responsiveness" as a B, because during one of the visits, we had given a technician a sample of a bug that was found and asked him to investigate and advise how to avoid that type of bug from entering the house. It took multiple follow-ups to remind E&G that we had provided this sample and were awaiting feedback. This was the only experience that was not 100% positive. Overall, highly recommended for the quality and professionalism.

They provided service in June, July, August but I purchased it in May. I was supposed to receive 6 applications and have only received 3 to this point. I felt good about two of the times they came but. Most recently, they said they were going to show up later because it was raining, but never did, nor did they call back.

The reason I don't give the technician and E&G an unqualified rave review has to do with the mouse issue. The presence of mice wasn't as evident to me as it was to him and his approach to access-blockage was one of those things that was either terrifically ingenious or totally bogus. So, there's a part of me that's quite happy: I don't have a rodent problem [but the rodent problem wasn't apparent before] -- and there's a part of me that wonders if I got taken for a quick $100 for the rodent treatment.

I purchased a tri annual extermination package as an Angies list Big Deal because I had been having trouble with ants. The exterminator came on time and was very friendly and efficient, however , about two weeks after the first treatment I saw ants in my kitchen. I called E&G and again spoke to someone who was very friendly and offered to send someone back out to my house for a follow up treatment the next day. Again the exterminator came on time and did a very thorough job of spraying anywhere the ants could have possibly be coming from. He told me to not hesitate to call back if needed and that they would come back out. That treatment did the trick and I haven't had a problem since. I was extremely happy with E&G and will certainly use them again.

After securing the coupon from Angies List, i called to make our first appointment. I was disappointed that I couldn't sechdule all 6 months at one time, so I had to call back each month. The first guy to come showed up on time to spray the yard. Then he offered to look over the rest of the house. He set a few rodent traps for us and advised about a few different insects and spiders that he saw. He then offered us a "deal" if we paid cash. I thought that that was strange but my husband was handling it so I let it go. Each month after that I made the appointment for the mosquito spray and I believe that they came when scheduled even though they did not always leave a receipt.

Overall very pleasant experience working with company even though I didn't get the service done.
