Description of Work: We have a three visit plan to do exterminating services. The first treatment was for a bee problem we had. They came back three times til it was thoroughly taken care of. I am very pleased with them.

Description of Work: I signed up for the Big Deal $225.00 mesquito control treatments. The companu missed the first appointment and I had to call to reschedule, they did not call me. Although I believe the deal was for monthly treatments I had to call to request the 2nd treatment two months after the first treatment. The only positive has been the person who came for the 2nd treatment was very personable and impress my wife with his thoroughness. I believe I am 6 months into the deal, but I have only had 2 treatments.

Description of Work: Making the appointment wasn't the issue. Very easy. The day of the appt., I was advised would be here between 0900-1100. Showed at at 430pm. After numerous calls to their office. During the "treatment" the guy disappeared for about 45 minutes - no idea where he went. I question whether he did anything at all. In any case, the mosquito spray didn't work within a matter of days it was the same as before. I understand that this was a bad summer for mosquitos, but this "treatment" should have lasted more than a few days. I had better luck with doing my own spraying using the water hose with the Off backyard spray that lasts and lasted for about a month per treatment. And there is a 24 hour spray if you're having a party as additional protection. Bottom line, I could have saved the 225.00 and only spent 50-75.00 this summer for the mosquito protection. I needed a good exterminator for mice, ants and termite protection. I won't be using these people from my experience.

Description of Work: Hi Mr. Kahn Hawkins arrived on time. He was very professional. He introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. After he finished spraying the outside of the house, he pointed out areas I should watch for any ant activity. If I see anything, call after 3 weeks. Thank you for recommending E&G Exterminators. Description of Work: Have had 2 of 3 prepaid visits from exterminator. First was spraying for termites and carpenter ants. Second was to deal with a mouse we found in the kitchen. Both of the servicemen who came were polite, thorough and efficient. No sign of mice since recent visit three weeks ago

Description of Work: well for starters they advertise one price for service then they send a sales men out to jack the price up several hundred dollars like 3-400$ more... which was very frustrating and when i reviewed the ad with the sales men he acted like he had to call for approval like i made the whole thing up and i was wrong in the way i interpreted the advertisement just a whole lot of crap then when i showed him he tried to double talk me and i just told them read the ad and after sometime they agreed to abide by the price.. the service tech was prompt and professional and stated that he could set a trap but not use poison; to date i haven't seen anything in the trap and now they have an ad that states 3 visits a year for the same price don't think they are trustworthy and as far as paying a subscription fee for Angie's service and my 1st experience it leaves a bad taste in my mouth regarding your service/vendors... the ad is very clear and if others are not as persistent as me then they will be taking for several hundred dollars unnecessarily... so that is my opinion from my 1st experience with Angie's list and its vendors .. in closing your customer service personnel were very responsive and did follow up which is a good thing thanks for following up
