Was charged 260% over what was allowed by the insurance company for the work that needed to be done and had to quarrel down to that level. Make sure you get an estimate that contains the cost for each part of the job so you know what it will cost if you decide to do only part of the work with Burlew. I was unaware that we would be charged such an unreasonable fee for the work rendered.

It took a few techs to diagnose the problem as a glass fuse. They did not have the parts available but had to order them so I was without hot water for a few days. Despite the fact that the warranty was in effect, I was charged for installation of the warranted part. Based on the experience, I could have gone to Home Depot and bought a new water heater.

THE SEWER MECHANIC RICH WAS EXTREMELY COMPETENT.HE USED OVER 30 FEET OF SNAKE TO FIX THE PROBLEM OUT NEAR THE MAIN LINE,

had a service agreement through my water company. Burlew Mechanical is the company they sent the Second time in 18 months.They said job could not be waranteed that way negotiated with the service company which caused a delay in actual repair but service was restored within less than a day.

Overall A+. When I called them they understood exactly what I was talking about and were very nice. Then they came to my house installed it and made sure it was working properly. Now every 24 hours Its on they come to my house and change the oil for me.

They came on schedule, had to return to the supply house for a forgotten item, completed the job, followed up afterwards to insure the work was satisfactory and followed through on the permit papers. After the permit was issued, they mailed it to me. Office staff was efficient and always answered any inquiry. I would use them again.
