I’ve been dealing with a tricky drainage issue after purchasing our home in Aug ‘22. When I first discovered a slow drain from our kitchen sink, I called a plumber to professionally snake it which to my surprise only provided temporary fix. After, I purchased a power auger and found myself snaking the sink drain monthly to have slow-ish drain. Recently, we started to notice a funk and could no longer tolerate the monthly chore and smell. I was relieved to find TrueFlow and was excited for the team to get to work after a productive consultative call. The owner, Mike, showed up at the agreed upon time and reviewed the service plan before getting to work. Of which, mostly went to plan. He discovered a massive blockage of grease buildup which was the cause of the smell and poor drainage. His team masterfully unclogged what seemed to be 5 gallons of sludge. After a few days of relief, we no longer have a lingering odor and have perfect water flow from our kitchen sink. Highly recommend Mike and the TrueFlow team!

After the awful reality of dealing with a backed up sewer line in the past, I was very thankful for TruFlow’s responsiveness and professionalism.
