Great. I have had M & A several years and they are always excellent. They don't try to get you to do things that are not necessary and they always do the trimming of the bushes the way I want it done. We have not had any big limbs come down since they started taking care of the trees. The crew always works quickly and efficiently. Most of all the clean-up is outstanding.

Great, The scheduling was a little confusing because they apparently only tell you what day they are coming the weekend before they come and as someone with a busy schedule that's not the most convenient thing to have to wait around for them to call you. They did however come nice and early, the crew we had worked hard. They did everything safely. Before they packed up they confirmed we were happy with their job and asked if there was more we wanted trimmed back. I would strongly recommend them to others but maybe tell you to make sure you're not trying to get them in when *you* have a busy schedule. The work they did certainly saved me a huge headache with all the storms we've had recently. I'm declining to rate them on price only because we did not shop around so I have nothing to compare it to. We felt confident that they were going to do the job right and that was what mattered the most.

The people from M & A were on time, polite, and very hard workers! They thoroughly cleaned my lawn after trimming many branches off of my oak tree. In fact, my front yard looked even better than before they did their work! I was extremely pleased with M & A and I would have no reservations, whatsoever, about highly recommending them and/or using them in the future. They even called later to make sure that I was satisfied with the work.

Excellent service and superb cleanup. We've used them twice and both services were excellent.

Six people were involved in this task. They started by tossing about six small lines to the very top of the tree. These were used to pull much heavier ropes to control the parts of the tree that was about to be cut. The heavier ropes also allowed one of the people to climb the tree to actually do the cutting. The falling limbs were directed by the ground crew to the selected areas of our yard. There was no collateral damage to our other trees. Excellent job--Well done!

Excellent. The quote was quick and complete and they were the low bidder. The lead time to the actual service was as they projected, they called to confirm before they came, and arrived when they said they would. They did a very complete job doing everything they promised and left the property in excellent condition after their work. I would definitely use them for further tree services I need on my property.

Called Sunday morning 4-03 at 9:00AM, Mike and crew and equipment were here by 1:30. Not more than an hour later, they were finished with the job except for the stump and root removal, which was done the next day. He used equipment to lift and hold in place large branches while they were removed. Net result, no damage to the house, no change in the position of the garage, and the car that was in the garage was saved. An all-around professional job. I have used M&A in the past, was very pleased with previous work, so did not hesitate to call him. I still can't believe the quick response on a Sunday when there were trees down everywhere, power outages, etc. I give M&A Tree Service Inc. an A+++

Every aspect of the the experience was positive. Mike responded promptly to my phone inquiry and provided a written quote for all services requested within one day and answered all questions in a professional manner. He completed the work on schedule and removed all debris, leaving a clean work site.

Hands down, the best company I have ever hired to do work at my home. Mike and his team are excellent. Mike came to my house promptly to give me an estimate, gave me a very fair price, and put us on the list to get the work done soon. But one of the trees was dying and dropping large dangerous limbs so when I called to ask if it was possible to expedite the job, he moved things around and got to me within two days. The team showed up on time and worked all day until the job was finished. It was a huge job and the team's execution was flawless. They worked together like pros and when they were finished, they cleaned up so well you would never have known they were even here. I was so impressed. This is the only tree service company I will ever use and recommend. Mike-thanks again to you and your team.

I asked for a quote to get a few trees removed and also an option to remove/trim a couple more in the fenced backyard. No concern was made at the time of quoting about the trees being too close to the fence. Then on the actual service day, the crew came and said the trees in the back were too close to the fence AFTER they started cutting half way. Mike did say the fence may get damaged if they continue cutting and that they won't be responsible for the damage. I did want them to continue cutting as it's really awkward to have the trees half cut with tall trunks left behind, but I told them to cut in smaller section so the chance of damage is less. One of the crew members said that'll take a long time and I guess they continued doing the normal way cutting big trunks each time. At the end, they did damage the fence post and cracked one other panel but would not do anything about the damage. Although the fence is still usable but I am not happy since no concern was raised during the quote or before work started. Other than that, work in the front yard is beautiful and cleaned up well.

When we needed tree work we spoke to a few companies before deciding to go with M&A. M&A was competitively priced, listened to what we wanted to accomplish, and provided expert advice. They came to the job promptly, did a great job, and left everything looking better than before. The experience was very positive so we asked that M&A come back a second time to remove a big hemlock in the front of the house and replace it with a large holly (too large for us to handle), re-route the water coming from the sump pump, and to landscape along the driveway and around the mailbox. Again they did a wonderful job. They came early, made sure that everything was placed perfectly and that the holly would not interfere with the power lines when it continues growing. The shrubs next to the driveway and mailbox were placed with care to every detail (shape, color, sun exposure, plant size at maturity). The front yard was transformed. We have received positive comments from our neighbors and passers-by. Overall, I can?t say enough about how thrilled we are with the work M&A completed. They were knowledgeable, punctual, careful, receptive to requests, answered all our questions (before and during the job), flexible, pleasant to work with, and accessible. They were clear and honest regarding the scope of the work that was planned, there were no hidden fees and they stayed within the estimated price.

Guys called day before to advise of time and date - they arrived 30 min before scheduled time. three guys were on site handling the task. Very professional. They cleaned up afterwards as well. Would gladly recommend them! They were also prepared. They brought a truck to remove the tree but based on the position and location of the tree they opted to send a person to do it instead. They explained why and how they planned to do it. Again, great team!

Both times I have used them they did an excellent job. They arrived on time, did a nice job cutting down trees and trimming my dog wood tree. They clean up all the debris and left my yard completely clean. It was a windy day so some dust went on the cars and they even blew the cars clean. I have been very happy with the service both times that I have used them.

I had 2 men arrive for the job and they showed up on time, listened to what I needed and got it done in 2 hours. They cleaned up everything down to the last twig and even watered the new plantings for me so I was very pleased with the outcome.

I have used M & A Tree service a few times before, and always a great job at a good price. I tried another provider one time, just to try another and b/c they were a few bucks cheaper, but work was not done by the owner and not done in the same quality as M & A. I highly recommend M & A for your tree service needs!

The estimate was done in a timely manner for a reason price. The stumps weren't very large nor very high but there was quote a few of them. Scheduling was a little tricky. When I first called to schedule the girl said that normally the require the estimate signed & emailed or faxed back but since I was near a computer she would schedule it over the phone. When I called the Monday before they had no record of the job. After a day or 2 of back and forth (I eventuially faxed back the signed estimate) a date was agreed upon. I wasn't home when the work was done but when I eventually came home all the stumps were gone (I was concerned about one of them since it was so close to a tree and I didn't want the tree roots to be comprimised) and the yard didn't look disturbed at all. I would use them again but next time I would sign the estimate and fax it back.

I was given an estimate very quickly upon inspection of the trees. This estimate came in $100 less than one of its competitor's estimates for the same job. They gave me a ballpark date for the removal. I was not required to be home, but I just happened to be there when they arrived. They were fast and clean. I am really happy with the work. The area looks great now. I would definitely use them again.

The M & A crew arrived at our house at the scheduled time. They came with the right equipment. The crew went right to work and by mid afternoon the job was completed. M & A delivered exactly what they agreed to and more and exceeded our expectations . We would definitely use M & A again and highly recommend them.

They had given me an estimate of $425, and I got a lower price from a competitor, so I called them up and told them that I had a lower estimate, so they brought theirs down to $400. The gentleman who came to give me the estimate, and the guy that came with the crew to do the work, were very polite, very straightforward about what they were doing, consulted me about how much I wanted taken off, and explained to me what they were going to do before they started. I found them very professional. Their pricing was moderate.

It went well and we were very pleased.
