From the estimate, where they didn’t try to push for additional work, through the tedious permit process in a part-time town during COVID, to final inspection, Hockenbury Electrical was nothing but professional. Not to mention they came in under budget. Five stars.

I contacted Hockenbury Electrical on a Saturday because the outlet to which my internet and TV was not working. The outlet was in the garage and I couldn't keep the garage door open in the freezing cold to have the connection elsewhere. Every other electrical company I called said they won't be able to come until Monday. Jeff from Hockenbury called me and told me he will save me money and time!. He asked me to try a few things and it worked! I would hire this company for any electrical work in the future. I wasn't even charged for this!

Dennis came on time, was very pleasant and explained everything to me with patients and thoughtfulness, even my curious 4 year old didn't seem to bother him! The work was done quickly and he even cleaned up after!! I can't wait to have these guys back!

Hockenbury was very good. I have hired them for other jobs since this one. Their customer service is great and they were flexible with my schedule. The work was done very well. It was a little expensive, but worth it.

Top notch company, people and job ... very professional. As with all electricians, they are very busy and scheduling took a little time but they do a very nice job at a competitive price.

The technician discovered that far LESS needed to be done than I expected and (like one of the other reviewers mentioned) had the honesty to say so. I ended up only having to pay for a minor service call, rather than a very expensive replacement job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
