They were able to fit us in the next day. Dennis came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem in my breaker box and installed 3 dimmer switches. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again next time I have an electrical issue.

While it did take a while to get an electrician to do the job it was worth the wait. Brian of Hockenberry Electric came, saw the situation, and had the job done in an hours time and when he was done the work area was clean and he even packaged up the defective unit for me to return to the store. The new fixture works perfectly and it's finally the look I had hoped to achieve.

The firm was so busy, I had to wait until they had an opening! This was not a problem since my job was not an emergency. I spoke directly to Jeff Hockenbury and explained the work needed. He explained the rates - lowest among the electrical firms listed. Master electrician Dennis came on 6/25/07 and did the work quickly and competently. He told me which job I could do myself, rather than pay him to do, which was greatly appreciated. Dennis also fixed a major goof-up from the builder who remodeled our house 17 years ago. I will be calling Hockenbury Electric again in a few months to have more work done, once I clean out my attic and get access to the box to install a ceiling light in my living room.

Hockenbury Electric responded to our request promptly and provided excellent service. They even gave us a credit when the job turned out to be not as large as originally expected. I highly recommend them.
