Description of Work: We brought in Hi - Tech to give us a quote for building a Hardscape, patio, deck and walkway at our new home. Paul, (Hi-Tech, rep) was friendly and open to designing a layout for us. He exchanged phone calls and emails for the design. Paul phoned and explained diagram was completed but, he had trouble sending via email. He said, he would send it via U.S. postal service. Came by house to verify scaling on diagram. We never received diagram. We have since gone with different Hardscape company. Have not heard from Hi Tech since!

+ -1 moreThey are very skilled in the work that they do, they are very professional. They assign one crew chief that is extremely knowledgeable, that stays with you throughout the entire project.
Description of Work: They have designed our new backyard, they also moved a small pool house for us from one side of our yard to another.
