CIRCLE FLOORS

The products were delivered as promised and on time - with one exception. I ordered a matching stair nose as part of the flooring purchase. When the product was delivered, I was told the stair nosing was on back order. No problem I thought since I would not be needing it for over a month. Well, the month came and went, and I heard nothing. I called Kevin ( our sales person) 5 times over the course of a week and a half. I never got a return call. I visited the store on 6/30 and (amazingly) although the store was open, not a sole was on site. I left a note asking for a call...Nothing. In the time since I received the product, I developed another issue. None of the 17 cartons of product I received had any indication of the manufacturer, or warranty information. I thought this strange and wanted to have that question addressed also. I considered both of these to be very small issues, however, the complete lack of response I got has totally soured me on this company. If they ignore these small issues, what would happen if there was a big issue. I'll steer clear of this company in the future. I suggest anyone considering the services of Circle floors proceed with caution. I've already revoked my recommendation to a local handyman and contractor friend.

They were very friendly, courteous and professional.

We had used them some years ago also and they did very good work. I would give them top marks. I don't recall the price.
