Description of Work: An appointment was set for the time range of 2-4p. I got a call a little before 1p saying the tech was 15 minutes away. I made it clear I was not at the property and would not be until the given time range. They said they could not provide service as scheduled on the time slot they gave me. Probably the strangest service strategy I’ve heard of. No thank you.

+ -1 moreThe technician, James Crawford, came on time, found the problem quickly and repaired the refrigerator well. He was polite and professional and even gave me a quote for future work. I was very pleased with the service.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was warm but the freezer section was very cold. It turned out that the circulating fan had dropped off the shaft. Once the fan was back on the shaft, the refrigerator started to work properly.
