+ 0 moreOverall, we were very pleased with this contractor. John was always very responsive, punctual and fair. I had two issues that are relatively minor but warrant mentioning1) We asked for his opinion on LED lights and he gave his vote of approval. We had them installed on dimmers. It is not a perfected science yet, so basically we are stuck using them on full power or have random surges or drawbacks of light. John did offer to switch out the dimmers for us to regular switches, but I wish he had mentioned this possibility from the beginning. 2) The workers did install very quickly and pretty accurately. The vaccumed the living room before leaving, but I came to find out that they only vacuumed what I would see. Furniture was moved back over drywall dust, dust was in the couch, etc. It's obviously not their job to make the room spotless, but they almost went out of their way to avoid more cleaning.
Description of Work: 6 recessed LED lights installed in living room on new circuit.

Description of Work: SUDIA ELECTRIC INC I used Sudia Electric, to replace the attic fan. It was last month, and cost around $350.

+ 0 moreSUDIA ELECTRIC INC Very, very good work. There was a lot of work involved. They also did the lighting outside, and all sorts of things. The only thing they forgot was to attach the wiring in the attic, but they came back and took care of it.
Description of Work: SUDIA ELECTRIC INC I used them in October. They put in a new electric system, and wiring in the bathrooms for grounding. It cost $2600.
