Very well. Tree work was very smooth; owner of this firm was physically present, which made a huge difference from the last provider I used. I think this is an advantage of a family business as opposed to a national company, where I got lousy service and poor supervision. The proprietor also really knew about types of trees. For an additional small sum, he also agreed to spread chipped wood as mulch on large amount of my border plant beds. Also cleaned up some work I had done for free, chipping the remains of prior tree trimming and blowing sand off my pathway. Left some firewood for my neighbor.

I called and was told someone would come by and get an estimate. I was never given a time they would come and it has been two weeks since I heard from anyone.

Promise Tree Service is one of the nicest companies to do business with. Duane and Beth make a great team. Beth is so helpful and always follows through with everything from estimates to scheduling and Duane is just a true professional and does excellent work. I would highly recommend Promise for any land care needs and I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent communication and prompt service.

I first hired them for a yard clean up after the winter and Hurrican Sandy. In the spring I hired them to cut our lawn for the summer. Being very happy with their service I had them trim some trees and bushes in the yard. They respond quickly to questions and are very easy to communicate with. All the work they've done on our property has been excellent.
