Description of Work: Miklos tree service was called yesterday after my neighbors tree fell on our fence and pretty much wrecked our deck during the high winds. The neighbors used them before. They came in a reasonable time, and as others put it, didn't fool around. They brought a crane, a large chipper and bobcat on a flatbed with a claw arm. The very efficiently used the crane to top and remove the rest of the tree that was in danger of falling. They removed everything efficiently and much quicker than we could have. Very polite. Very patient in explaining how the insurance may work. |I would use them again in a heart beat. Pricing, for heavy and emergency work, I thought reasonable. I didn't feel taking advantage of. Always important.

+ -1 morePunctual, advised he will be late from the get go. Removed tree cleaned up driveway. Removed old stump next to the one he was working on without extra cost. This is a 3rd job he did for me. All of his workers take safety first no nonsense. Fair price.@

+ -1 moreAll work performed efficiently. Getting the crane overhead to enable Miklos and his crew to prune the maple was interesting to watch. Clean-up was excellent as much debris resulted from the pruning. The crew worked together well and I was pleased with the results.
Description of Work: I needed a large maple pruned as its limbs were overhanging the 2 story home. Also a large weeping cherry had died and needed removal as well as a cedar. Miklos and his crew worked efficiently and performed all needed services except the stump of the weeping cherry was partly inaccessible due to railroad ties surrounding it. Once these ties were removed Miklos returned, at another time, to finish grinding the stump below grade to enable planting of another smaller tree.

+ -1 morePrice estimate was fair market but when the service was performed, Miklos Tree Service was OUTSTANDING! Our 50 foot white pines were trimmed by a hi-lift operator to assure proper shaping. (Competitors historically do not have the equipment.) An additional tree rooting problem was identified - and corrected. Miklos and Daughter, Jennifer, were knowledgeable, quite informative and very cordial. They've earned my business from now on...

+ -1 moreWhile it took over a week for my initial call for an estimate to be returned, everything else went incredibly smoothly from that point forward. The crew of 4 showed up quickly, did the work fast, and cleaned up well before leaving. They also asked for input (did I want more branches off, should they take the big wood pieces we had piled up previously) and were polite and courteous. Would definitely use again!
Description of Work: We had three trees trimmed as well as two really really big debris piles removed from our yard.
