Description of Work: We had a total sewer blockage, which a Home Depot rental snake could not clear. They came at the time promised, quoted a price, spent over an hour and accomplished the job, then cleaned up. They were courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Emergent call for sewer line back up into basement, unresponsive to our small snake. Responded exactly as promised, very pleasant, up front about pricing, snaked sewer line and replaced cap so water in basement is less likely. They also cleared a slow upstairs drain when asked. Gave suggestion for basement clean up service as well.

Description of Work: I told them that I had a leak from the bathroom into the kitchen. They came and told me that it was just the caulking around the tub. They ran the water in the tub and in the shower and nothing leaked while they were here. We did recaulk and we still have the leak.
