I got my roof done by Home Genius Exteriors. Every single person from my first interaction to my last at the close out when the job was complete, was sooo professional. I am extremely happy to have gone with home genius. The crew, the salesman, and the project managers did not let me down at all!! I would gladly recommend my friends, family, and colleagues to home genius exteriors for all of their home remodeling needs.

There were some hiccups with scheduling, HG contracts the services and the roofing company that did the job. I was not able to speak directly with them, which was frustrating, due to the language barrier. The project manager Casey was very responsive.

All personal was very knowledgeable and efficient. We are very happy with the project manager and crew. We are definitely looking forward to working with the company again in the near future.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. My experience with them had been a nightmare. 1) Their sales tactics were kind of sleazy. Sales drone high-balls the price of the work, then, after some haggling calls in the manager to approve a special limited, one-time-only â bargain price if you promise to sign up on the spot. Very used-car-dealership vibe. The fact that I signed up at all (and in hindsight probably overpaid) is on me, though. I should have headed for the exit immediately. 2) Despite giving them a hefty deposit, waited almost 2 months for the actual installation to be scheduled, citing supply-chain and delivery issues. 3) Once the installation crew started, they did not do the complete tear-off (old siding layers) I was promised at point of sale, and then proceeded to begin installing a different product from what I would ordered. I was forced to call, argue, and badger sales/project management/installation in order to actually get what I paid for. Everyone I had contact with cited â miscommunication between their various departments and were profusely apologetic, however this points to a poorly run operation. 4) Ultimately, after lots of my time and energy spent on correcting HGE screwups, I did get the product I (over)paid for. To be fair, their local installation workers were very good and the finished siding looks great ¦HOWEVER, ten days post-completion there are still huge pallets of overflow materials sitting in my driveway blocking access to my garage. I have spent the past week calling and emailing the â project coordinator and â installation manager trying to get them to come and pick up these pallets. Again, I keep getting the â pass-the-buck treatment. Project coordination dept. pawns me off to the installation dept. who blames the trucking company they subcontract with, meanwhile nothing gets resolved. This whole exercise has been so frustrating and too time- and energy-consuming for this â customer to do anything but give this company a big â thumbs-down rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing with HGE. Steer clear!

My roof was replaced by an excellent crew. Lucas who ran the crew was awesome. The project managers Taylor and Rich were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout. Iâ d recommend these guys for any exterior remodeling needs. Ryan helped us by giving an estimate. He was great too.

Showed up and completed on schedule, cleaned up satisfactorily, workers and PMs Ivan/Taylor were courteous and professional, will definitely use again and recommend to others

We got our roof and partial gutters replaced by Home Genius and everything turned out wonderful. Everyone I was communicating with was knowledgeable and professional. Huge shout out to the crew who were working very very hard, chuck the project manager for my roof, and finally Taylor the project manager for my gutter replacement. My husband and I are very satisfied with our home now that these guys came out and brought it back to life aesthetically.

The crew and project manager assigned to our project were all awesome, Taylor was easy to access, very accomodating, very professional and the crewâ s work was great , very clean and neat. i will recommend them for sure!. I will definitely make more changes with them everything came out better then expected!

The windows were pricy but the quality of the windows justifies the price. The crew that installed the windows were wonderful to deal with. They cleaned up after themselves. The project manager was very understanding when I needed to change the schedule due to weather. They accommodated to my schedule changes for installation. They were very professional
