From beginning to end the customer service and follow up has been exceptional. Lauren approached me at my house to point out some issues with the roof and we scheduled an appointment. When the day of our estimate came, Sam Collins showed up and did an extremely thorough inspection on the roof and helped us through the process. Breanna, the project coordinator, helped us with all of our scheduling needs and gave us an extremely quick turn around time of less than a week! The day the job started, the crew arrived and got right to work and when the project manager Ambrose arrived he walked through the project with me and helped answer any questions I had. I am extremely happy with Home Genius!

James Paul was exceptional. Patient and understanding and answering all of my questions and concerns. The crew was courteous, polite and the job was completed in a timely manner. Service and clean up were outstanding. Definately would recommend.

Guys did a great job, they worked late to get our project finished because it was going to rain the following day. Our project manager Ambrose was very communicative and answered any questions we had. Thank you Home Genius!

Quick clean

Did a great job everything looks nice. They were here at 7 and got it done early and all cleaned up! Joe gave us updates and showed us pictures throughout the day.

Matt was very good representative of the company. He oversees the job and rxplained what they were doing. He stayed with them until the end. Very satisfied with the job. My windows make my house look absolutely great.
