Todd had great communication, personable, helpful, great advice on the project, and was always nearby and a phone call away. He is an incredible asset to the company and I couldnâ t have asked for a better project manager. He was able to take care of any issues within 15 minutes and super knowledgeable. Home Genius is a great company and very fortunate to have Todd.

Process was very thorough from beginning until the end. Ryan was our estimator and Ethan was our project manager and they made sure we were well informed and happy throughout the install. We liked the whole experience from beginning to end. The pricing and project were clear from our sales rep Rachel. Breannas communication was excellent setting up our project. We loved that the project was done in one day and that the guys did an excellent job with clean up. Ambrose did a great job communicating with us during the project and was always very punctual.

Home genius came and installed my roof, gutters and trim capping. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend them.

Roofing crew were professional and courteous. Pleased with cleanup afterwards. Project management above and beyond expected. Price was a tad bit higher than I was expecting to spend but still satisfied with work. Ian and Ambrose did a great job.

Home Genius made it very easy to do this project. Everyone I spoke to was extremely respectful and they did a great job. My project manager Ambrose kept me updated throughout the entire project and followed up after everything was complete.

First and foremost what really impressed me the most was during the estimate on the sales end, when Baltazar laid out all the materials being used I was very impressed with the quality of materials. I have minimal experience in roofing but I worked in the field 15 years ago and remember the subpar materials we used back then are still being used today. The design of the new ridge vent and passage of airflows really got my attention. The install process was very seamless, the guys showed up at a reasonable time and stayed late to finish the job in one day as promised which I didnâ t expect because of all the angles of my roof. All in all just a great quality experience, my communication with the office staff was very pleasant and accommodating. And my project manager Ambrose stayed in constant communication with me. As a whole the company did a great job and I felt cared for the entire process!

Crew showed up on time early and they were done with my roof in 1 day and gutters the next. Home genius handled everything from a to z with my project. The crew did a phenomenal job on installing a metal roof and gray 6 inch gutters for our home. Ambrose, our project manager, was extremely responsive and answered any questions we had during the project and managed the crew efficiently and effectively.
