Charles came to our house to give us a very detailed proposal, he was able to answer everything we needed and we trusted his opinion on what we needed done because of his professionalism. The guys did a thorough job, they were neat, and they were quick. Ambrose managed the crew and met every expecting we had.

I think everything went really well, the estimate with Hazim was excellent and the guys did a great job on the gutters. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to get their gutters replaced. Ambrose was an excellent project manager and kept me informed the entire time.

Ambrose my Project Manager was fantastic! Chris & Sam stopped by my house on Wednesday of this week and gave me an estimate. They are exceptional with their service and they approves me on a loan immediately which was extremely helpful because Iâ ve had to pay cash to other contractors in the past and have been burned. Chris & Sam are my unicorns because of how magical they were and how much different of an experience I was able to have with Home Genius. Iâ ve never worked with a company this professional and doing everything the right way and not cutting any corners. Becca was super communicative during the set up of my project and I really appreciate her. The estimate was done on a Wednesday and my roof was complete on Friday. Gerry and the workers did a phenomenal job on the home and got it done in 1 day! They worked hard and diligently throughout the entire day and they were very good. Ambrose came to do a walk through with me on Sunday of Labor Day weekend and explained everything to me thoroughly and helped put my mind at ease.

Ambrose was very accommodating, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and I appreciate everything he did for us and the home. When we had an issue, nothing was sugar coated and he was very forthcoming about any issues. We were updated the entire time when the guys were working on our house. I felt very comfortable and at ease that I could always reach Ambroseâ s cell phone and that he would get back to us immediately. I would recommend Home Genius and Ambrose to anyone looking to get home improvement done on the outside of their home!

I was very happy with the production team. They were organized, quick, and any issues were brought to my attention. Ambrose was lovely to work with and when I need my windows done in the future I will certainly be giving him a call.

I was a little skeptical at first since someone knocked on our door so I did my due diligence and allowed the estimate. Ryan was very knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. When Ryan arrived I quizzed him and he told us all about Home Genius and we were immediately sold because he did a phenomenal job at the estimate. Breanna, during our coordination phase was extremely courteous and responsive. Gerry and the crew did an outstanding job on the roof and were super clean and quick. Our project manager Ambrose explained everything thoroughly and met every expedition he had set. We got the estimate on a Tuesday and had our roof installed by Friday! Everyone on the team was so amazing. Working with Home Genius reminds me of working with a medical team because everything was streamlined perfectly and we felt so well taken care of.
