Very Good.

I like them very much.

It was a good interaction. It was a small job for them. Sometimes I had to email Jonathon to see when he would be out and he would almost always be out within a day. He was responsive, but you could tell it had gotten to be busy and this small of a job wasn't always where he was thinking. I find that Jon runs the company and sometimes he gets a lot of things on his mind and you might have to jog his memory. It's not like you have to nag him or anything like that, but he's responsive when I do. I have hired him in the past to replace the roof in the house.

They came out quickly, but did not follow up. They came out and took off an area where a roof vent had blown off. They were supposed to come back and replace it, but I haven’t heard from them. They sent somebody, but they didn’t ask for payment.

From the first contact with the company to the completion of the job, every person with whom we had dealings was courteous, listened, answered questions and was helpful. This included contacts with the office, John Glynn, and all of the people who worked on the site. I chose Brown and Glynn because I knew from past experience with a number of building projects and the description of the work that John Glynn said that they would do, the job would be done right. It should look good and last. I think John is more of a perfectionist than I am, and I am a perfectionist. The job was done right. It looks very good, and I have little doubt that it will last because very good materials were used throughout and they were installed correctly. As they worked on the project, they did a number of small additional things that made the job even better. There was never a charge for any of this. Clean up was very good. Our overall experience throughout the project, from the planning and talking stage to it completion, was pleasant and straight forward. We are very pleased with the results. No wonder they have done so many jobs in the area.

Initial contact for estimate was very timely. Then we waited about a month with no contact. We then received the bill for the permit. About 10 days later we got a call stating the roof would be done on December 28, 2006. They were there at 7:15AM and gone by 2PM with a perfectly completed roof job. We had to call for them to remove the dumpster on 12/29 as we couldn't use our side door. They came that day. We called and asked for the shingles to be removed from our lawn a couple of times. They are still on our lawn on January 29, 2007.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. I THOUGHT ALL THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. ALSO, THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS GREAT and DIDN'T NEED ANY IMPROVEMENT. I'D USE THEM AGAIN.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THEY WERE ALSO ON TIME LIKE I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO BE. I THINK THAT THEY WERE A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE JOB WAS VERY WELL DONE. IT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I ACTUALLY CREATED A PROBLEM AND THEY FIXED IT FOR ME.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID ON THE HOUSE. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND STUCK PRETTY CLOSE TO IT. THEY WERE VERY NICE TO OUR CHILDREN, WHICH MEANT A LOT TO US.

THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I GIVE THEM AN EXCELLENT RECOMMENDATION BECAUSE THEY DID THE WHOLE ROOF RIGHT; ALL THE ROOFING WORK WAS DONE PERFECTLY.

THEY WERE VERY HARD WORKERS AND DID A GOOD JOB. ALL THEIR WORK WAS DONE ON TIME LIKE THEY TOLD ME. THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS TO ME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
