+ -1 moreRich is a pro and knows his stuff. I liked that he walked through with us and explained everything as he went. Very througho almost too much! Report very detailed available next business day, also answered a few questions several days after the fact. I would highly recommend! The infared scan was worthwhile, not only did we check on our unique radiant heat, but saw every nook and crany that will benefit from some more insulation for better heat effencicy, worth the info for everyone I imagine.
Description of Work: Rich was great. The price included very throughout inspection, he even came back for the roof because it was icy that day. Radon, termite,insects, septic ( a separate company very grood, included in price) we also had infared camera for insulation and to check our radient heat system.
