I accepted the estimate, which was reasonable and competitive for the work being done, and provided a date when I needed to work done. Bob and his Install Team did a great job ... they were on time and the work was done exactly how it was detailed in the estimate. The Install Team (including Bob) worked quickly and very clean. They put put protective cloths everywhere they worked and were respectful of our home and property. They kept us updated on the progress throughout the process. They left the work area immaculate.

It went perfectly from start to finish! Bob, the owner, came to the house, almost immediately after I called, to take measurements and pictures. Within two weeks he emailed me sketches and a rough estimate. That evening we texted and spoke on the phone back and forth making adjustments and finalizing a contract. Installation was exactly when he said it would be (about three weeks after we signed the contract). There was a great deal of work to be done and it was completed over several days. Everything was hung and installed PERFECTLY with no scuff marks to walls or floors. It was an "A+" quality, professional job! On a side note, I was out of town when I had to decide on the color for the den built-in. Bob made a special trip to the house to send me photos of color samples in the room so I could get the perfect color. That's what I call first-class service!

It looks great, exactly how I pictures it to be when I thought of how I wanted it. Bob Lord and his staff are very professional and everything is measured accurately. I would recommend anyone who needs custom closets to use Seashore Custom Closets. I had previous work done by them a few years ago with two other bedroom closets and they also turned out exactly as expected.
