Called and promptly came out for estimate. One of three bids and was the low cost. Scheduled start and was prompt. Had to stay on top the workmanship as some sections needed additional coating, but there was never an issue in getting it done right. He had a planned weekend vacation with one day of trim and touch up still left to be done. Asked if it was ok to finish on Monday and I assured him that would not be a problem. I did not see him or hear from him on Monday and it was not until Wednesday that he returned to finish the remaining trim. He had left by the time I returned home from work. He called a couple of days later to come and do a final survey and to close on the final payment. There were a couple of spots I wanted to be touched up and he did that quickly and we closed. Workmanship was good overall however there was one small paint spill that he had to clean up and some places with tiny specs of paint splash. The house does look very good and I would use Randazzo again as I can work with some of the inconvenience described above. He has done a few of the houses on my block and they all look very good.
