Although the intial quality of work seemed satisfactory and the price was the going rate. The central air conditioning unit was not properly charged with refridgerant. When we had the whole system done by this contractor we were assured it was under warrantee. When we called about a problem with the system, we were informed we would have to get someone else to repair it because the contractor had a motorcycle accident. We asked who he recommended. He told us who he recommended and informed us he was turning off his phone and not to call him back. The person he recommended was out of town so we called someone else. When we called him to be reimbursed for the work, he informed us because he did not do the work we had voided our warrantee. We will not be using this contractor again because he does not stand behind his work. We don't feel it is our problem that he had the accident and we shouldn't suffer the consequences of it.
