Hired Deasy Construction to repair outdoor decks in a multi-family condo located in North Wildwood. Came for his initial inspection when he said he would. Provided an estimate for the work, when he said he would. Stated and finished the work when he said he would. The quality of the work was spectacular. His workers were first class, respectful, diligent, efficient, and on task the entire time. They cleaned-up their work sites. Highly recommend Deasy Construction and Sean Deasy. I had contacted 5 other contractors for estimates. Despite setting appointments, none showed up. Sean worked with us to complete the deck work before the upcoming summer season.

Sean is the BEST! He listens and gives expert advice. I had an outside water/heater closet in desperate need of repair. I know nothing about drywall, but Sean put me at ease and did the job above and beyond! He gives 110%. Sean works so hard on every job he does! I just had Sean back to do some little jobs for me. No job is too big or too small for Sean! He is truly honest, trustworthy, and does a beautiful job on every project that comes his way! Thank you for helping me, Sean!

I hired Deasy Construction to replace a second-floor split-level deck in dire need of repair. I was experiencing leaks inside the first floor of my home resulting from years of heavy rain and poor construction. Upon my initial meeting with Sean, he clearly explained to me what needed to be done to correct the pitch of the deck and face it away from the house. Sean started the job mid-July 2021 as he began the first day by tearing off about nine decks- stacked one on top of the other- with materials varying from plywood, rubber, and fiberglass. Sean and Greg worked for approximately a two-week period, they arrived at the same time every day and worked from morning to late afternoon in sweltering 90+ degree heat. Sean and Greg both worked extremely hard and diligently towards reaching the completion of this project as they both demonstrated professional knowledge and problem-solving skills when small issues arose. Instead of re-building the split-level deck as originally intended, it was Sean recommendation to turn it into a single level with an additional step built into the deck. While completing the deck, Greg also installed a new fiberglass screen door for me that replaced an old beat-up aluminum door. At the end of each workday, Sean ensured the work area was neat and clean before he left as he was also kind enough to clean off my neighbor deck and stairwell for any debris that may have inadvertently blown over. Overall, this project was amazing- from the very beginning to the very end Sean and Greg did an outstanding job in my opinion. I plan on using Deasy Construction for future home projects as they have exhibited qualities that you rarely see in contractors these days- Honesty, Dependability, Professionalism. Sean Deasy of Deasy Construction LLC replaced most of my second floor and first floor outdoor decks. His honesty and knowledge of this job was incredible. Upon demolition of most of my second floor decking, the attachment to the house was in good shape. Sean could have removed the entire structure for his financial gain and was able to decrease my costs and continue to use the pre-existing connections. Throughout the project, Sean was always returning texts, calls, and emails. I never was waiting on him to complete this job. And with building material delays, he was still able to do a magnificent job. Our decks were done professionally and have received many compliments from passers by. I highly recommend Deasy Construction. I hired Sean on an emergency basis: a different company was hired to replace my kitchen and bathroom flooring with LVT and when they came to install, said they couldnâ t do it because of a small area in each room which had previous leaks that damaged the subfloor - although that was supposed to be part of the job. I had already removed the bathroom fixtures and therefore needed the repairs done quickly to reschedule the LVT install. I called Sean on a Saturday, he looked at the job on Monday and managed to squeeze the work in on Tuesday. Breathtaking, but he and Greg did a super job, working hard to not only do the repair correctly but to make sure it lined up exactly with the existing subfloor.. They even carefully removed and replaced the previously damaged laminate floor panels so I donâ t have a bare spot in the kitchen until the other company finally does their install. Sean obviously knows what heâ s doing; he talked me through every step of the way to make sure I was confident in his work. They cleaned up nicely, took away the detritus and replaced the furnishings theyâ d had to move, and even volunteered to carry out a couple of old fixtures left in the house by a different contractor. All in all, a very positive experience.

In working with Sean And his crew you get professionals dedicated to their trade. They come ready to work. They work the entire day or until the work is done. I knew that if i had to contact Sean he would get back to me in a hurry. Something i found to be very valuable in this day and age. Communication was very important to me and Seanâ s was excellent. His craftsmanship and work ethic are outstanding. Making sure the job was done correctly and accurately. He worked on my project through completion. They showed up on time, they had all the material, and they cleaned afterwards so well that you would not even know they were here! I would highly recommend them and use them again if I ever need something done.

Deasy Construction completed a substantial remodel of our shore property including floors, bathrooms, paint and mechanical. We originally called Sean to remove our old carpets and install laminate. He and his crew did an excellent job on the floors and also renovated 2 1/2 bathrooms, painted walls and ceilings, repaired electrical systems and replaced a hot water heater (and that's not a complete list). Sean has been easy to reach and followed up on any questions. Pricing is more than fair and he is honestly a pleasure to work with. We tried a few contractors before Deasy Construction. No one else comes close. Call him.

Sean did an outstanding job. The job required new flooring in the upstairs and foyer areas, remodel two bathrooms and completely redo the kitchen with cabinets,flooring,plumbing and new counter tops. He hit the target with his estimate, quality of work, and left our house spotless. All work completed on time. I will use Sean's construction work for all future projects. Very customer friendly.

When I hired Sean Deasy I found him to be loud and extremely pompous, but he assured me he was the man for the job. He scheduled the job for the weekend and brought in several different guys, he himself did nothing. There was several mistakes made on the floor, which nothing could be done about, because it was already nailed in. The doors had to be shaved to fit the flooring and my bedroom door when taken off was cracked on both sides which he refused to acknowledge or repair. When my bedroom closet door , which is a slider, had to be taken off for the third time they made a small gauge in the floor which they refused to acknowledge or repair. My husband and myself had to repaint all our walls and woodwork because of the black marks and scuffs left by the installers. Lastly Sean asked my husband to drive 10.2 miles to a store to buy nails for the gun, which they ran out of and then was rude to me because i wanted to be paid back which he thought it was petty. Might I add that I paid standard price for this job in cash. Mr. Deasy knows he know who I am . This happened approximately three weeks ago. This is another example of how under handed he actually can be.

Deasy Construction went above and beyond for us, even drove us to the store to pick out materials. If I do future work on my home this will be the company I will use. Highly Recommend!

Sean assisted in the purchase of the cabinets. Excellent job on the installation. Sean and Brian also installed doors, all of the trim, they even did the wall tile in my master bath. Very satisfied with all of their work.

Excellent work was begun and completed on time. They have great suggestions and will do everything exactly as you wanted. Finally all debris was cleaned up down to the slightest smidgen of dust. I give them an A+.
