Description of Work: Replace central air conditioner and heater.

Description of Work: Air conditioner stopped working. Called Clerico Heating and Air conditioning- got a call back that night and he was able to fit is in the next day and had us up and running. He was honest reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate and advice in dec 2013. the owner was very professional and we discussed everything I needed. I was replacing a 20 year old hvac system which did a very poor job. I specifically requested a new return at the top of my stairs to the second floor, where hot air collected during the summer. The main installation went well,but the return was a problem.The mechanic wanted to bring the return out of the top step, an easier (for him) solution. I pointed out that that was 8 feet lower than I arranged for. I then told him to take the duct work up out side the wall to the second floor, and that I would box it in. He ended up taking the return to 4 feet higher, doing a very mediocre job of it.When the job got done, about a month later I got the final bill. I called the office and told them about some problems i was having, and they said the owner would call me. He did not call e-mail or leave a message.2 more months went by, I fixed the problems myself, and got a bill demanding payment, with a note saying that the owner had tried to call etc. etc. There was no trace of even a hang up on my phones. I paid the bill and on the first really hot day of the year, I shut my windows, turned on the AC and left for work.When I got home it was 97 in my house. They did come out and fix it the next morning. | Overall, not a real good experience. Not terrible,but not good.

Description of Work: Replaced old hot water gas boiler with a new high tech boiler - good experience - also replaced a split system air conditioner - also good experience.
