Great - fixed the connection on outside of home and checked all other components of the Air Conditioning Unit which turned out to be fine. Price was extremely reasonable. Worked quickly and efficiently - would definitely hire again if needed.

Bucks scheduled on fairly short notice to accommodate painting that was starting the day after. They were on time, did an excellent job and cost was reasonable.

Three electricians from Buck's arrived right on time, and spent about four hours at my condo replacing all of the electrical devices. I had purchased all of the parts, so I paid for labor only. I was totally satisfied with their work. Also, I asked them to look at my doorbell, which was not working. They found a lose wire and reconnected it no charge.

The work was done very well and I was pleased that there was a follow up call to find out if I was satisfied prior to me making the final payment.

They offered an appointment date on the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. After assuring us they would be available that Friday, we went to the property a day early to make sure we could be there if they came in the morning. Sure enough they called after we arrived and said that they could not perform the work the next day as scheduled. The reasons she gave varied - they wouldn't be able to make it through the shore traffic, their technicians were backed up, etc. Like Jerry Seinfeld once said about making a reservation: "See, you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation and that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding". I appreciated getting a call, but the fact is they did not keep their appointment and offered nothing in return.

The office personel were professional and friendly. They responded promptly with estimates and were on time day of service. The workers were professional and courteous while also being neat and efficient.

We had a few electrical jobs that we needed done. The area behind the house where the trash cans were stored vas very dark so we had him install a motion sensor light in that area. We had the motion sensor which we purchased at Home Depot a year ago and never installed it. He installed it with permanent wiring. The light fixture in the shed stopped working. I purchased replacement bulbs but that didn't solve the problem. Upon inspection he found the ballast to be defective and replaced it. The light works fine now. We have been expanding the flooring in the attic and the further back we went the darker it was. He installed an additional fixture and tied the two lights to a light switch vs the pull string I had before. Finally he replaced a receptacle in the kitchen was wasn't installed correctly originally. When he first arrived he introduced himself, verified the work to be done and began immediately. He was friendly and worked steady until the jobs were completed. Upon completion he cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him to others.

It was awesome. The 2 guys that came out were excellent! They took some old electrical heating units out for me, as well. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional. Two workers arrived and gave me excellent suggestions for placement of 2 ceiling fans. New ceiling receptacles installed and fans put together and installed quickly. Replaced garage door opener electrical cord making sure it was tacked up so the mechanism wouldn't catch on the cord and pull it out again. Would use this company again.

It was easy to do the scheduling. Cameron arrived on time was very professional and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the service.

Very professional estimate done, one week before the installation to insure that the outlets were put in proper location to accommodate my needs. Two very professional electricians came 8/28/14 to do installation. very courteous, knowledgeable and clean in their personal and professional manner. Job done correctly, cleaned up after themselves. Totally satisfied, used the Angie's list member discount coupon from their website. No problems at all. Will use in the future. Its nice to be able to find and keep good electricians who know what they are doing and come prepared.

Called at 8:30 am and had Mike at my door within a couple hours. Gave me a quote which I felt was very fair for the work to be done. Primary concern was availibilty for the work to be done and was schedule the next afternoon. Personal was on time and work was completed in about an hour. Very happy with service and workmanship. Would definitely recommend.

Although they didn't have to come out to provide a service, the advice I got and the explanation I got over the phone was excellent. If I have any problems in the future, I will definitely call Buck's and Son first.

It went very well. 2 mechanics arrived as planned, spent about an hour and made the repairs without any complications. Nice guys and they did nice work.

I had half my house stop working electrically. They came and fixed what they could and told me what I needed to do for the rest which saved me money.

They came right out and gave us an estimate. Once we had all the materials, they scheduled a time to come out. They came on time and completed the task. They were very professional and polite. They did leave behind some broken CFL bulbs and dust and debris in the area that they worked. They did remove all old light fixtures and trash. I was happy with the work and will probably use again.

Workers came out and suggested solutions to the electrical problems that I was having. The day the work was performed, workers were knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up work area.

It went smoothly and professionally within the time frame expected with a minimum of "out of service time". That time was less than 3 hours. Only one problem surfaced and that was the installation of a new Honeywell digital thermostat which I supplied, but turned out to be defective. I got a replacement thermostat and the electrician offered to come back and finish the installation the next day, which he did first thing the next day.

Showed up when promised and performed repairs in a timely professional manner.

I have used Buck's Electrical Service on several occasions. I worked with Mike to have a crew do some initial upgrades and repairs when I first bought my 1960s cottage, and then most recently I called them again (this review) following super storm Sandy. Bucks sent an electrician right out for emergency service after the flood to make sure the home was safe and to evaluate the damage, and then later they had a crew replace blown junction boxes and rewire the entire crawl space as needed-- not an easy or pleasant job on this property by any means. I appreciate that Buck's has an office staff to respond to scheduling and other questions and they have sufficient crews to get an electrician out when you need one, even following a natural disaster like Sandy. I find that they stand behind their work, and they return promptly to address any remaining issues following their service.

They are still here finishing up the work. I'm very happy with their work. Their price is reasonable. The whole crew is very professional, from the estimate to the guys doing the work. They showed up on time and did the work. They are the best you can imagine.
